Since first contacting TNT about roof repairs and gutter additions nearly one year ago after a referral, they never responded back after providing estimates, so we ended up going with another company. With the exception of a field rep/estimator who was always responsive, TNT's customer service was non-existent and their communication was equally poor.
TNT Exteriors was paid in full to install a new metal roof on our home in 2021. The roof began having leaks within weeks of the final payment being made. The Owner, *******************************, refused to ever come look at the job. Workers were sent out on multiple occasions and within weeks to months new leaks would reappear. Our final contact with ********************** was in September of 2022 at which time he said he was sending a crew out the next week and we have never heard or seen anyone since that communication. ********************** repeatedly said he stood by his work but never looked at the work himself and repeatedly ignored telephone calls, emails, and text messages. We were forced to turn it over to the ***** and there is now a case open regarding his contracting without a license in NM. Please do yourself a favor and take any negative reviews seriously as well as look up this contractor on the ****** website for other complaints.
I have been using TNT Exteriors since they launched. They have done several standing-seem metal roofing and rain gutter projects for me on my own property. The staff has always been professional, timely, and cost-competitive. And the results are excellent.
We have worked with and supplied metal roofing packages to TNT more than a few times now, and we have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always professional, on time, and courteous in our interactions. Definitely a great company to work with! Thank you.
Called for am estimate which was done very quickly. That was it. Nearly a year later still waiting for a call from Trevor, whoever he is. Talked to the office lady who was polite and sounded overworked She kept telling me Trevor would call. Never happened. A phone call telling me they could not do it would have been fine but did not happen. About as unproffessional as you can get.
Personally I wouldn't let this guy put a roof on my bird feeder. I feel like it would be bad for the birds. You do whatever you want. Personally I never ever ever ever want this guy touching anything I own. His company and his workers DESTROYED our ceiling. I've talked to other people in the area and they have similar stories. Good luck and ask around.
Contractor was hired to re-roof our property. In the process of attaching the asphalt singles the nails punctured the ceiling: ruining the T&G ceiling and causing safety hazard in the loft. The licensed contractor claimed the job met code and the damage was caused by me, because they were not allowed into the interior to see the ceiling. His estimator did not ask to come inside. The cabin was built in 1968, had been re-roofed and never had nails through the T&G. My research of the code said the roofing must be secure to the structure; nothing about going all the way through. The option he offered to mitigate the damage was not acceptable. We subsequently made an agreement. I did not owe the remainder of the invoice and I would take care of the repairs. Throughout the whole process was very difficult to get hold of by phone, text or email. He conducts his business in a very inefficient unprofessional manner.
I had this company install a new metal roof on my home and was very happy with the work. I had explained that water had been leaking at the location of the chimney and that was a concern for me. The roof was about a year old when my first major storm came through and the roof is still leaking in the same area even though this was a concern from the beginning. I started calling the office August 2021 and it took about two months to get a call back and schedule someone to look at the problem. I then had to keep calling after the inspection to find the outcome, surprise!!!! The outcome was as expected it was nothing they had done it was a problem with the chimney. So since I still need this leak fixed and was happy with the original work I asked what needed to be done. It is now January of 2022, I call about every two weeks and am told that my messages for contact have been forwarded to Trevor yet no response. The last time I called the office person who is very nice and professional told me that she was not given an answer for why I have not been called. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY once they have your money they are done with you.
TNT put a metal roof on my home. It looks good but there was a soil stack repair that wasn't done. I called several times and was told each time my call would be returned and it never was. I called Trevor (an owner I believe) and his voice mail said pleases text and a call will be returned. I texted but never got a call. After a couple of weeks, I got the parts and fixed it myself. I would avoid this company.
Hired them to do our seamless gutters despite being warned by someone else that they never show. The work was decent, but the warning was one we should have listened to... Getting them to actually show was quite the hassle! Took over a month to get a quote. Finally my husband went down to the office while we were in Show Low one day & they typed one up for him on the spot. Then we were told that we would be contacted in a few days about being put on the schedule. Three weeks later when my husband called to ask why we hadn't heard from them, they very rudely told us we were on their schedule for the following week. The following week they did not show up when they told us they would. My husband called them & they said they would come the next day because they were finishing up a different job. Nice of them to let us know since we sat around waiting for them for half the day. The next day, they sent an email telling us that they didn't have the supplies they ordered for our job & we would have to wait another week for the metal to come in. Can't take accountability & have the guts to even call & tell us this?! Have to send an email?!? After my husband responded that they better show up the following week or not show at all, they finally did show up. But of course, more issues.. They loaded the wrong color of downspouts & the shop is an hour away. After being met with the response that either the job got finished correctly by them that day or the job & $$$ would be going to another company to finish it, they decided it was probably in the best interest to make the 2 hour round trip to go back & get the correct supplies.
