I was leaving for a trip the next day and got home from work at 7PM to pack and get ready. The spring on my garage door apparently exploded while i was gone. It bent the frame, rails, and door all up when I tried to open it when I got back.
Avalon helped me out a few months ago when a guest ran into my garage door, and I tried their number just on a whim. At 7:30PM on a Saturday night, within 30 minutes, they had a technician there who replaced the spring, the broken casters, managed to bend the frame back into place, and had everything working quicker than I could have believed, better than it even was before. Even with the emergency callout it was still half the cost I expected.
Brian was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor about the whole thing. Cut mine and my fiances stress into pieces. I cannot ever recommend Avallone enough to anyone who needs garage door work.
