Peter did an excellent job diagnosing my garage door opener issue! He also made a wonderful recommendation on a garage door remote control for my vehicle without a built in garage door remote that would work with both of my garage door openers despite the different manufacturers and their ages.

He did a great job. My only complaint is he left the old unit outside next to my driveway, but he's coming back Friday as my garage door apparently has an old spring unit and a new one is being put in, so I'll have him collect it then.

Couldn't have had a better service than the one we received today 10/07/2023. Thomas Trujillo was very informative and explained step by step what was to be expected before installation of the garage opener we had purchased from Lowe's. Plus what parts would work better with this particular model we had bought. We were very thankful that he was also able to explain this in Spanish to the home owners my sister and her husband. Your company A1 Garage Door Service has an excellent installer (Thomas Trujillo) working for them. A kind young man and understanding to the elderly's needs. An individual who is honest, impressionable, knowledgeable in his field. Thank you for your services!
