Opener spring broke in the middle of the night, and I made an online work request the next morning. The scheduling and spring replacement could not have gone more perfect. Cody, the owner got back to me immediately with a quote and scheduled the service that day. Austin, the service tech was running a little late form the appointment time and called me with a heads up. Very affable, professional and competent guy. I'm confident the job was done right.

I haven't been able to program the remote for my garage door. The manufacturer's instructions were written in "high tech" and I don't even speak low tech. Cody was able to walk me through the programming steps while I was on the phone with him! And he was very nice to do it right then, without making a service call. Not only does he know his craft; he's a gentleman.

There are not a lot of choices around this area so when my garage door spring snapped my stomach dropped. I had 2 cars virtually held hostage in my garage. I called a man who's card was given to me & the this number is no longer in service spiel come on. I seriously thought I was done for. I've tried the corporate guys that say they are local but they drive out from Tucson & charge you a boatload & take forever to appear. I wasn't doing that. I needed local. I found Cody. He was able to squeeze me in between jobs he already had on his books. This man knows his craft. He's honest trustworthy & so reasonable with his pricing. And HES LOCAL!!! I do seriously thank God I called him. He's my go to guy with anything garage door related!!!
