Google5I had a great experience with WGDS. He originally came to evaluate the cost of the door when it broke. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the garage door itself was actually broken and needed repair. He told me he would coordinate with the leasing office and get back to me. From the time he diagnosed it to actually putting the new door with hardware in, it was approximately a week and a half. He installed the garage door in approximately three hours. WGDS is super friendly, efficient, and competent. They also had donuts and offered one to me. Overall, a great experience. I'd be more than happy to business with them again.

Google5I called for a garage door fix on Friday and Tony was here first thing Monday morning. This is the third time that I've had to use his services and each time he had been timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Westover Garage Door Service for any of your garage door needs.

Google5Great price; great service; honest. Be patient, getting a new garage door takes about 4 to 5 months right now. Get competing quotes from Godstone and Stan Greer. Whatever you do, stay away from A1 Garage. They are manipulating their reviews and banning/deleting 1-star reviews, in addition to manipulating customers when you try to get a quote.

Google5I was very pleased with the work Bruno did. He was careful, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. I love my new door and it was the best price in both Sierra Vista and Tucson.

Yelp5Highly Recommend! Westover has been a sheer pleasure working with. From Tony, to Bruno... I couldn't be more happier as a homeowner. Let me focus on Bruno. Young, polite, and professional young man. He works this job with passion. You can tell when he explains everything from A to Z, and if he doesn't know, he will seek the answer. The garage door, nothing too fancy & it is insulated!! The products themselves (Cloplay & Liftmaster) are very well constructed. Solid. Quieter..... NOTE: garage door is so well insulated that if you drive a HOT car into the garage, it will keep the heat in the garage as well. So, lesson learned, let the car cool down before entering into garage or let the garage door remain open until car cools off. Just do i

Yelp5Back in 2012, Tony came over for an estimate, on our schedule, late in the day. He emailed our six estimates by 0645 the next morning & we picked an insulated unit that color matched our paint scheme. Tony & Frank were friendly & efficient installing my new garage door. Since the original install, Tony has assisted with spring replacements during emergencies, including a recent double set in under an hour. I believe they only charge $35 for a quick inspection, lube & adjustment which should be done annually. HIGHLY recommend.

Yelp5I'm from out-of-town, helping my mom with some home repairs. Her garage door wouldn't close. It's an old garage door and she has had two different companies, over the past two years, at considerable cost "repair" it. One installed the wrong spring and wouldn't take it back when another repairman, a company from Tucson, said it was the wrong size. The Tucson company charged her $500 to replace the spring and we learned today, the spring wasn't even the problem. We thought, this time, since it was the same issue, (door can open but it can't close) we were probably needing to replace the whole thing. Tony and Angie arrived at the time they said and quickly figured out it only needed a small adjustment. The spring needed tightening and it needed some oil. We wouldn't have blinked if they said we needed to replace the door. If they weren't honest business people, we could have been easily taken and wouldn't have known the difference. Good, honest business people are worth their weight in gold. Sierra Vista is extremely fortunate to have Tony and Angie.

Yelp5I want to echo all the other glowing reviews. I left a message, Tony called back probably 10 minutes later and I made an appointment. Tony was right on time, fixed the problem, and charged me a fair price. I found him informative, and was helpful in instructing me how to maintain the garage door.

Yelp5Tony is the best. We used him a couple of years ago for struts and then again recently to replace our garage door panels. His communication is awesome, gets right back to you. Shows up when he says he will and has the best prices in town. When first shopping around a few years ago, we were told by several people to use Tony at Westover and now we know why he was so highly recommended. Really a good guy. Will use him always and tell all of our friends.

Angi5They took the door off, removed the rotten wood and replaced with higher quality materials and also replaced the exterior wood frame. Super-professional, on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up, NICE people. Yes, hire these folks without hesitation. You won't be sorry. Services Rendered: Framing around garage door was rotted and door hardware was separating from the frame.

Angi5Very well. The hardest part of the job - at least what took the most time - was aligning the two doors. Both would rattle & bang with the wind and did not seal particularly well around the perimeter. Both are now much quieter on a windy day and I don't see daylight around the edges as I did before. I went with the belt drive, control by remote, wall switch, outside code box, and phone app model. Yes, the belt drive is quiet but so is the adjusted chain drive on the small door. I suspect whatever opener is chosen (so long as it has sufficient hp to do the job) would be installed the same. (I replaced the drive because the cog on the top of the old one was pretty chewed up by the chain. He said he could do a repair but I deemed it not cost efficient.) Services Rendered: Replaced the drive on a two-car garage door; aligned this door and a single car garage door.

Yelp5One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke over a recent weekend. I looked here on Yelp to see if there was anyone that performed garage door repairs. There were two. I called both and had to leave a message. The difference? Tony, of Westover called me back within an hour, scheduled an appointment and gave me a firm price. The crew actually showed up 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. It took them 20 minutes to install the new springs, then they spent some extra time adjusting my door because Tony told me it was installed incorrectly (no extra charge, BTW). In less than an hour, everything was completed and the door worked perfectly. Better than before actually. I highly recommend this company.

Angi5Tony did an excellent job. He came out on a Friday night at 6 PM to diagnose. He came back the next morning (Saturday) at 7 AM and took care of the job in less than an hour, replacing both springs and realigning the garage door track. Services Rendered: Westover replaced 2 garage door springs and realigned the track

Angi5Tony completed detailed troubleshooting and got the door opener to work. Tony made several recommendations. Due to the quality of the garage door opener, I decided to go with a new opener that had a keyless entry and would be much quieter. (It sounded like the old opener could go at anytime). Tony returned the next morning to install. He wasted no time and installed the door opener. He also took away all the old equipment and cleaned up everything. He gave the entire door a check-up as well. He quoted me $400 and stuck right with the quoted. This included a new mounting bracket, new wall control, and keyless entry. I thought the cost was very fair. The overall experience was excellent. Services Rendered: Installed a new garage door opener w/keyless entry.

Yelp5Living on the east coast, imagine my dismay, when my tenant called and said the garage door had made a loud sound and wasn't working! I searched google to find someone to repair it...and stumbled across Westover Garage Door Service. I called a left a message (it was a Sunday). Tony returned my call the next day and I gave him the tenant information so they could coordinate service. My tenant said he was fast and friendly. He also oiled my 3rd car door. He was very affordable and I highly recommend him for all your garage door needs!

Angi5We called Westover on Friday night after finding that our garage door opener was malfunctioning (motor ran but chain did not move). Tony said he'd be out at 8AM on Saturday morning to take a look at it. He arrived promptly on time. After diagnosing the problem (stripped drive gear), he gave us two options: 1. Install a new "gear kit," cost $130 and 2: Install complete new garage door opener, cost $350. Because this was the original opener in the house (over 20 years old), we decided on option 2, complete replacement. Tony said he had a couple of other appointments, but would return between 10 and 11 AM to do the replacement. Tony and his coworker (his fiancée) returned at 10:15 AM and began removing the old opener and installing the new one. The whole process took a little over an hour. The new opener is a belt-drive opener and seems very smooth and quiet. They also performed maintenance on the springs (Tony said they were installed incorrectly) and garage door track/wheels. It all runs great now! We feel Westover did a wonderful job, responded on the weekend and gave us a fair price, We couldn't be happier! Services Rendered: Diagnosed opener problem and gave us options for repair/replacement.

Angi5A tension spring snapped on our middle garage door without any warning. We called 2 garage door repair companies, and Tony with Westover called us back almost immediately. He was out to the house in less than 20 minutes to assess the situation. He said he had a suitable spring back at the shop, so he went back to get it. He was back to our house in less than hour, and replaced the broken spring quickly and efficiently. He also lubed the rails and checked out the rest of the door opening mechanism to be sure it was functioning properly. He was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The charge for everything, including his time and the spring was $120. We were very pleased! Services Rendered: Westover Garage Door Service replaced a tension spring on one of our garage doors.
