I'm from out-of-town, helping my mom with some home repairs. Her garage door wouldn't close. It's an old garage door and she has had two different companies, over the past two years, at considerable cost "repair" it. One installed the wrong spring and wouldn't take it back when another repairman, a company from Tucson, said it was the wrong size. The Tucson company charged her $500 to replace the spring and we learned today, the spring wasn't even the problem. We thought, this time, since it was the same issue, (door can open but it can't close) we were probably needing to replace the whole thing. Tony and Angie arrived at the time they said and quickly figured out it only needed a small adjustment. The spring needed tightening and it needed some oil. We wouldn't have blinked if they said we needed to replace the door. If they weren't honest business people, we could have been easily taken and wouldn't have known the difference. Good, honest business people are worth their weight in gold. Sierra Vista is extremely fortunate to have Tony and Angie.
