Highly, Highly recommend this company for garage door/track/opener repairs!! I live quite a bit out of town & had my garage door get stuck open just before inclement weather & was in absolute awe how long the other garage door repair companies would take to even come look, none have a guarantee or scheduled time or estimate or anything. Just "well put it in the system & when someone can get there we'll set it up." I was shook that I had to have my alarm system & cameras snoozed for days because of possums & cats & it was a mess. I happened to be coming back from a hike at stone park & sitting at the light there I saw the sign that says "Garage door" glaring & thought oh wow, divine intervention! I immediately called, was greeted very politely & being it was Friday around noon, the confirmed she would have someone out Monday morning... woah what? That quick?? YES! Sign me up. Sold. Thank god! When the repairman was starting his day he confirmed his ETA & again when on his way. Now, my door was HANGING on one side, like the top fell off the track, pieces flew out of it & it was just all bad. I was worried & prepared for half a day job lol, I think he had it repaired & working like new in about an hour! Was extremely professional, polite & knowledgeable. I have recommended this company to everyone I know with a garage door - my friends who have new doors for their shop but haven't installed themselves yet, are going to use this company because it was just - exactly what you hope a customer service experience will be like. Well done!! ______________________ By the way, this is 3.5 weeks later after service & what prompted my review finally was the fact that another company (the first I called) just called me to confirm they could send someone out today, left me a VM saying I should leave garage unlocked & access etc. I quickly called & was like uhhh, please do not send anyone - that was literally a month ago... imagine my door was still hanging? Thank God for Lyle's!!!!!
I never write reviews but I felt that I needed to this time. Lyle's was super fast, great price and Paxton the Service Tech was awesome. Called for a broken spring repair. They came out the same day and he tuned up my older garage opener and greased the chain. I am highly recommending them for any of your garage door needs.
Top tier customer service! Lyles team helped bring my garage door back to life! When we moved to our new property the garage door worked but didn't have a light cover, remotes, or a wall mounted switch. Lyles team drove to Bronson, had the parts and made everything work and the price was very reasonable. They helped out when others would not!

Love the Aladdin Connect system installed by Lyle's Garage Door Service. Andy the installer was knowledgeable, friendly and patient when explaining how to hook it up to our phones. Great product and great service. Being able to control the garage door from my phone from anywhere is convenient, secure, and very cool. I am able to see if and when the doors open and can close them and open then remotely. Thanks again to Kyle and his team at Lyle's. Very professional, reliable, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this product and above all I recommend Lyle's.
I've never purchased a thing from Lyles and recently had some troubles with my remotes. I called and their service was as if I was a regular who spent lots of money with them. It was simple advice over the phone and it was awesome. If you have garage door issues call Lyles!!!
