Loudest garage opener I've ever heard . . Very unpleasant . Hopefully they can come up with a solution to make it quieter .
They came out and gave me an estimate - said it would be a couple of weeks. After a couple of months waiting and them telling me they were waiting for the openers to come in - I gave up and had someone else do it - Wouldn't you think a garage door company would have openers on hand? Sad
Kept telling me they would be there in 2 weeks, that went on for 3 months. Ended up just going a different route.
I worked at the Yankton OHD for over two years. The 2 "managers" which are located in Sioux City will tell you anything you want to hear, even if it's a lie, to please you. No one in Sioux City OHD would EVER be honest to us in Yankton about when customer product was going to be sent to Yankton so it could be installed. Instead the management there encouraged you to lie to the customers about when product was coming up to us. They wouldn't speak to the customers directly from Yankton, I was told by management to tell customers we didn't know where the product was coming from. Which was ridiculous, half of Vermillion and Yankton realtors and business owners knew exactly where the product came from already, Sioux City!! Their HR is outsourced, so you can't get a fair shake in the company as an employee. The owner of OHD in Sioux City pays HR to tell employees what he wants, literally! OHD in Sioux City and Yankton is a joke, they treat the employees and customers like dog doo. Thank goodness I got out from under them and found a decent job where I'm treated fairly!
