Google4Our garage door needing replacing due to age. Shawn came 60 miles and replaced the door. Took no more than 2.5 hours. Very professional job! Did great work. Would strongly recommend Shawn!

Google5Second time I have used Shawn's. Each time I have gotten a quick response. One job was an install and the other a quick fix ( two different locations). Satisfied with both.

Google1Had Shawn out in May to put in 2 garage doors. He was more than willing to take my deposit and deliver the doors. He was supposed to return to install them. I spoke with him multiple time throughout the summer and fall and he was always too busy. I said it was fine and I was willing to work with his schedule. Around Halloween I tried reaching out again because I need them installed! I have called a dozen times and he will neither answer or return a phone call. I am in search of a third party company to get them installed now.

Google1We had Shawn out a few times to fix our garage door. He came quickly, even on the weekend. Unfortunately, the top seal continues to be an issue. We had to call another company out to fix it for good. Disappointed that we had to do this. Edit: The nails did not hold the trim into the frame. The gap that was to be addressed is back. Other issues are currently being addressed by another repair service. We are completely satisfied with the color of the trim and the timeliness of the repair.

Google5A friend recommended Shawn for my garage door motor. I called and Shawn said he would take care of it tomorrow. Next day service and he replaced the motor, professionally done right. He went above and beyond and checked the whole garage door to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely recommend.

Google1Gave Shawn a down to "order a garage door" and finding out he NEVER ordered it!! Took my money and kept making excuses that it was back ordered. This is THEFT and FRAUD! Shawn make this right by giving back my money or I'll start filing for a lawsuit.

Google5Had an emergency garage door situation on a Friday afternoon, and Shawn was able to come out first thing Saturday morning. Very friendly and easy to work with. Had us up and going again in no time. Would recommend Shawn to anyone! Also, very reasonably priced. Thanks so much Shawn!

Google5I didn't know who to call and I didn't want to get taken advantage of when Shawn and his crew arrived. They were very funny and outgoing and very reasonably priced and got me fixed up in the same day by far the best garage door company in Sioux City thank you Shawn you're the best.
