I called Wednesday afternoon for an appointment to get my garage door fixed. Two gentlemen came to my home this morning (within 24 hours) and fixed the problem in about an hour. Very respectful and thorough. Highly recommend.. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience with Tri State! I would recommend them over any garage door service in Siouxland. We had trouble even with our home warranty service in place and Tri State stuck with us until we were able to get them out there to get it fixed! VERY FRIENDLY staff from phone staff to service mechanics and very appreciative of customer's choosing their services! Highly recommended!

I was bid a price that included all new hardware and rails with 2 openers each. When the installer arrived, I confirmed this and asked for all of the old parts and doors to be set aside for me to be used later. He agreed. He as here for over 6 hours. I had to leave that afternoon around 230. At that time he had only removed the doors and was stacking the new ones in place...despite being here since 830 that morning. He texted me about 330 that the doors were finished and he would leave my paperwork. I agreed. When I returned I found 2 new doors installed....with old rails and no hardware for the old doors to be found...and no receipt and only one opener. This company is only as good as its installers and in my opinion, they did a terrible job. Even the new doors have small dents where the straps holding them on the truck were tightened too tight across them. We work hard for our money and hate to feel we have been taken advantage of. Time will tell what the company will do to correct this.

Called Rick for Tri-State Overhead to just come out and take at look at my garage door that was squeaking. Sent someone over the next day, oiled it up, adjusted the track and went on their merry way. Rick called me back later and said the rest of the garage was just fine. Only charged me for a 1/2 hour of work. Good experience.
