I'm a bit late in writing this review as it's been a couple months, but Nick was awesome and helpful. My wife backed into the door, and it got jammed open when it was cold. I called overhead three times and kept getting hung up on, saw precision on google and gave them a call. Super friendly service and within an hour or two, Nick was at my house and got my door down. When it came to replacing the door, overhead had done the initial installation, and there were all sorts of gaps letting cold air in; was not a great installation job. Fast forward to getting the door.. The supplier of the door had lost their driver and the door was stuck in minneapolis since my HOA required a custom color... Got a call from John who ended up driving a flatbed up to the cities to go get my door so we could get it taken care of quickly. Nick and another gentleman came over right after the door was in town, and put the door in right. When i say right, i mean I could tell they made sure the door was put in perfectly, and they made sure there were no gaps to let outside air in, which in Sioux Falls is a must with all the cold temps. They did a great job, and can confidently say I am a forever customer. Thanks guys!

We recently had our old garage door system break. Precision was able to fix our issue the same day we called! Jared F. was our service person and he did an excellent job. They didn't try to upsell us and ensured that we were satisfied before they left. I would recommend them!
Nick arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He checked the problem and gave me a bid that I authorized and he was finished in about an hour! Good, quick service and the garage door works great.
