Google4I am sorry to be writing this negative review, but this company installed a garage door for me 9 months ago and it has failed. I have called and left messages and they did not bother to call me. I heard from them today with what seemed like a reasonable reason. I hope they get better with Customer Service in the future.

Yelp4Installed a garage door 9 months ago for me that has failed and I have called them multiple times and they did not call back. He finally returned my call with what seems to be a valid reason, too back it took over a week.

Yelp5Thank you Art! Quick, friendly service. I was stuck with a broken garage door opener and called Mt Shasta Garage Doors. Within one hour Art arrived and was able to repair my broken door. I can't recommend them more highly. If need need help, get in touch with them!
