I should also add that fortunately he was in the area when I called, and responded quickly which was truly appreciated.

Older garage doors that function fine, but needed new weather stripping on the bottom. Jake and his partner arrived early and got it done, along with checking and correcting some issues with the door openers and making sure all was in good working order. Appreciated their extra attention, and a job well done!

I had Crawford Garage install 3 doors on our shop 10 years ago and we enclosed our carport and had them come out and put a garage door on it. They were fast, professional and quality product. I would recommend them to all my friends. Thanks again

Great experience with Crawford Garage Doors. Our repairman Kyle called and asked if it was okay to come a little earlier as he was ahead of schedule. Kyle was friendly, fast, clearly an expert and showed me the damaged parts that led to our garage door going lopsided. My two little dogs loved him. He was very thorough. Would highly recommend from the really friendly lady who made our appointment to Kyle A. repairing.

Crawford responded immediately to our call for emergency help. They arrived timely for their estimated arrival and got to work quickly. We had our problem solved within the hour from an employee who was very experienced, explained the entire process, and was very pleasing to work with. They will be coming back to update some parts and complete 1 more part of the job. I recommend them 100%!

Absolutely no complaints to report. Fantastic service from phone call to completed task. We discovered Crawford Garage Door at the Lynden Home Show last spring, but we didn't reach out until this last week. They were able to come out to complete a full maintenance service (and minor repair) on all three doors within a few days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We recommend Crawford.

I had my garage doors replaced and from the start the receptionist was do professional and listened to our needs. The installer was great! He worked from start to finish without taking a break. Got it done in less than a day. We are very satisfied with the quality and functionality of the product.

Crawford Garage Doors installed three doors on our new shop. They arrived on them and completes the job the same day. Too bad they had a flat tire to change before they could head home. Many thanks to the guys who put up these beautiful doors. The perfect match for our timber framed entry porch.

The repair took about 20 minutes maximum but there was no reason for the way the service call was handled. When product between vendors is be indistinguishable for quality, it is the customer service attitude and skill that is the main differentiation. There is no reason for me to deal with this business' attitude toward the customer. Neither the owner or the service person displayed rudimentary good manners. Services Rendered: First, the garage door is just a basic garage door with windows. When it came to a service call to correct the door hanging at an angle, the service person put the blame on the home owner for the door coming off the track, stating that someone had knocked the roller off the track. He maintained that he had done the installation properly although I had always heard a noise when the rollers rounded the track curve as the door descended. After a few corrective actions, he determined it was actually the guide wire tension that was not tight enough. He assured me I would not have the problem in the future but he did not explain why the problem had occurred to begin with. When I called the business owner to talk to him about the workers attitude during the service call, the owner was arrogant and ill mannered - stating that the customer was the one with the attitude. For me, this is entire experience was not a good customer service call. Where is the focus that the customer is always right?

I stopped by their shop and arranged for a quote the next afternoon. Prompt and knowledgeable! Ordered parts, called to let me know when in and arrange a date for installation. Installer was prompt, polite and did a great job. Cleaned up everything after he was done. Very happy with the job they did!! Services Rendered: Had 2 garage doors replaced. One 2 car door and a taller 1 car door.

When I called for information about pricing and availability, the lady that answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. We then went to the showroom, and she was very professional and assisted us in selecting the right garage door for us. When we ordered, they agreed to deliver the doors two days ahead of installation so I could paint them our color The doors showed up early Monday morning exactly as promised, and the installer (Jim) showed up Wednesday morning exactly as promised. He removed the old doors, installed the new ones, and hauled away the old. He even reinstalled my garage door opener with a more secure bracket. In and out in a couple hours. It was very refreshing to work with a company that values service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for garage doors. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY WHEN WE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE THREE BAY GARAGE DOORS, WHEN OUR DAUGHTER WAS LEARNING TO DRIVE, WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE TWO PANELS FOR ONE OF THE BAYS, LAUGHED A BIT, BUT WAS OUT 2 DAYS LATER AND REMOVED THE TWO BROKEN PANELS AND REPLACED THEM.
