First - was ON TIME. Put me in a bit of a shock, Lawrence was great, let me hang around and explained various parts of the assembly. We installed an EZ-Set torsion bar system (Menards) on the new door, so that was interesting to see. Watching him layout the parts - tracks, hinges, etc was a exercise in speed and efficiency. As he said, does it everyday, but still great to see how organized he is. I would readily recommend him - when you hire Lawrence, you get Lawrence, not some unknown installer. That is HUGE in my book. Super nice guy to work with. My only complication was that Menards in stock garage door wasn't at our local store - their computer inventory was incorrect. The did have one in the next town, and Lawrence at no extra charge to me, went there to pick it up. I did call him first, but he assured me it was no problem. Still in awe about that. Services Rendered: replaced existing 16' x 7' garage door with new one and installed new garage door opener
