I caught Dave right before a haircut or it would probably been done then. Told him the problem, address and next morning got a text "Done"... wife and I felt he was underpaid with what he did compared to other estimates. Went above and beyond. Call him before you call the "big guys", you won't be disappointed!

Dave was so nice! I called because our garage cable broke off, he charged just the basic service fee and tightened the chain as well. He came by to fix the garage within 2 hours of my calling, was efficient and perdonable, and upfront about time and pricing. I definitely recommend Alpha Door Service!

The operation of the door was explained to me, and I now know how to adjust the electronic thingy-dos at the bottom of the supports so that the seeing-eye on one side can communicate with the receiver on the other side and tell the door it is all right to close. I called Dave, the owner of Alpha Door Service, this morning about a problem with my garage door. He arrived within two hours of my call. It turned out to be a broken spring which he was able to fix right away. He was very thorough, explaining the repair needed. He also showed me the parts he replaced before he cleaned up.
