Google5MC Doors has always showed fantastic customer service with the installation of our garage doors and I would recommend them to anyone. They recently repaired our garage door showing up within an hour of my phone call and fixing it in less than 20 minutes. Every part of the service experience from the folks you talk to on the phone to the technicians who show up to do the repair are incredibly nice, professional, wonderful people. You just don't see wonderful service like this anymore, it is so refreshing when you do find it.

Google5MC Doors was able to get us scheduled quickly without any trouble. The technician who came was able to immediately identify the problem with our garage door and had everything he needed to get it fixed within the hour. He was great at explaining how it broke and what he had to do to get it fixed. I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Google5I have been a customer of this your company for many years. It is not often that a company is able to maintain the level of service I have had since being introduced to MC years ago. I needed help with a small problem and they were able to get a service person to me swiftly and the problem was resolved by a highly qualified guy. I have referred people to MC and they have told me that they happy with the recommendation. Keep up the good work.

Google5My technician, Chuck, was courteous, arrived within the agreed upon time, and solved my garage door issue. He answered all my questions . From initial contact to job completion, the company communicated well, and charged a fair fee for the service. I recommend them highly and I would use their services again if needed.

Google5Chuck did an amazing job!! He was very polite and professional, he fixed our springs on our garage door and greased all of the tacks and wheels! He had it working in less than 30 Minutes, I would recommend him to anyone that needs their door fixed!! Thanks Chuck!!!

Yelp5I wanted to give my brother a garage door opener as a present, but live 599 miles a way. Rayshelle helped me each step of the way and I felt that all was going to go well. It did. My brother was equally impressed with the installation process.

Yelp5I left a message at 7:30 am, they returned my call at 8:15 am, and Chuck was at my door 15 minutes later. Chuck diagnosed in 10 seconds, had the parts in his truck, and installed. Everything was done by 9 am and all of this the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Thank you MC Doors for saving Thanksgiving.

Yelp5MC Doors has just installed new silent programmable doors for us. From the initial contact, measuring, which Jason was kind enough to do although we could not be there, choosing type, style and color of door, to installation and programming by Rich and John, who worked straight for 8 hours, we could not possibly have had a better experience. Everyone there is professional and they all have great personalities, to boot. Thanks Mollie and Raychelle for being so much fun when we contacted you and the help in our selection. What a wonderful experience!

Yelp5Josh was great, he even called me back on Sunday to discuss a broken garage door. The install was quick and easy. 5 STARS+! Highly recommended!
