Overhead Door immediately set me up for an appointment within 48 hours of my call to replace my opener which included the total price of product, taxes and installation. Shannon, the technician, not only arrived early for the appointment (he called ahead), but was proficient and courteous. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing! He also reprogrammed both of our cars for the new garage door opener and serviced the garage door itself. He was in and out under 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Shannon and the Overhead Door company! They have performed services for me in the past and I will happily continue to do business with them in the future. I give them a strong positive recommendation. Services Rendered: I needed my broken 29 year old garage door opener replaced.

Great! Excellent service. Services Rendered: Garage door would not open electrically or manually. They came same day even when I called later in the afternoon. Wonderful service, the guy was very nice and explained everything, found the problem and also did some extra adjustments. I would highly recommend their service again. Thank you.

Both the sales rep and installer were professional. The installation was fast. The system needed an adjustment within a year which was covered under warranty. We will stay with Overhead door. Services Rendered: We needed a new residential garage opener. The representative was great; the price was reasonable and the rep didn't try to oversell but did throw in a code entry key pad.

It went horribly. First, we called to do some troubleshooting because our keypad wasn't working. The process they put us through reset the entire system so not even the remotes or wall button worked; we had to pay a technician to come out for that and were told it was because one of the troubleshooting steps they gave us was wrong. A couple weeks later, the motor wasn't moving again so they said they could either replace the entire system or the circuit board. We were told several times that if we just replaced the circuit board and that wasn't the issue, we would get a credit for the entire amount (labor + materials) toward replacing the system. A few weeks later, the motor wasn't moving again and they came out but reversed their story and wouldn't give us a credit for the materials from the previous "repair." So we've spent several hundred dollars with Overhead Door and have nothing to show for it. We are going to hire someone else that will provide better service and actually follow through on their promises. Services Rendered: Repair garage door
