Tight construction schedule due to upcoming wedding. Everything was complete in approx. 8 weeks, just in time for wedding. Workers showed up every day at 8am. Cleaned thoroughly before leaving each day. Richard (siding, trim, and windows) was meticulous about hand cutting every piece of siding and aluminum trim. The highest quality products were used on the job, the workmanship is the highest quality, and therefore, the job looks beautiful.
Services Rendered: Complete exterior rennovation, including replacement of roof, all windows and shutters (including custom 6'x9' front window), removal of aluminum siding and cedar shingles beneath and replacement with Foundary (pvc) Shingles. Construction of 12'x24' rear deck with Azek railing, trim and decking. Construction of 45' farmer's porch on front of house- again, all Azek trim and decking. New front storm door and rear door on garage. Replacement of garage door (subbed out)
