They were responsive punctual and presented very well! I would recommend to others in need of repair or replacement of garage doors. Services Rendered: Our garage doors suffered damage following the storm and trees falling. Elite doors was able to give us different options for repairing and replacing to get us back to where we were before the storm.

Everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with service. This is a two car garage so both doors were updated with new belt drive openers. Services Rendered: Spring replacement, safety cable installation and new belt drive garage door opener.

Dan came to give me an estimate promptly and on a Saturday. He worked with 2 major brands, Clopay & Haas. We discussed the best choices for my house in New England. I used the online designing tools provided by the 2 companies. I took several months to mull over the designs and quality of the doors I wanted. My father also passed away unexpectedly during this time period so I could not focus on this project nor make a definitive decision. Dan was very patient and emailed me a few times to check on my plans for the project. He was extremely professional in his interaction in person as well as in his emails. His price was competitive, but I had to go with a different, also a very professional, company because it offered upgraded parts & a slightly lower price for the same doors. Dan understood. I recommend him highly for his professionalism. Services Rendered: Replace 2 wood garage doors

chose steel doors that met my needs. Rick responded to my call promptly and came to my house promptly as well. He educated me on the various kinds of doors and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, due to a death in my family, the process of selecting the perfect door and getting quotes was prolonged, and Rick was extremely patient. He responded to my multiple emails promptly & in detail. I did decide in the end to go with another company because the price for the doors & warranty was a few hundred dollars lower (on garage doors worth $4000-5,000). I would highly recommend Rick & his company. Services Rendered: I needed 2 new garage doors which could withstand New England weather and provide excellent insulation.

Wonderful experience. Great guy... Great work... definitely highly recommend Rick. Services Rendered: Installed 2 garage doors. Very prompt, protectionist, tidy work area, great advise on what was needed... we purchased the wrong weather stripping...so he picked up what was needed and charged cost only.

They did a neighbors and stopped by to give a quote. I was not ready but called them 4 months later. They came right out and had the best prices as I had shopped around. Custom doors were one month order time but he had them in 3 weeks. Installed on my choice of days and out in 5 hours. Great job. I will recommend them to anyone and if needed use them again. Services Rendered: Elite Door Services supplied and installed 3 custom garage doors.

Rick was very prompt in getting the quote for new garage doors and installation out to us. He ordered and installed the doors promptly. We were very happy with the quality of the installation. Several months later the doors are working well. Unfortunately, another contractor splattered a substance on the door that we couldn't remove without removing the door finish. I contacted Rick to see if he had any suggestions and he quickly ordered paint from the manufacturer and sent it to us. We used it and now the doors look just like new. We were very happy with all his services and would recommend him to our friends and family. Services Rendered: new garage door installation
