Google5Best Garage Door was better than best! Professional and Timely. We had a minor accident and ran into our garage door. We were quoted over $5000 by another vendor to fix/replace our garage door, BGD came in and repaired our door at a fraction of the cost. The door is actually quieter than it has ever been. Thanks BGD for your professionalism and workmanship.

Google5Ariel was extremely professional and repaired the J hook bracket that was tearing and starting to detach from the garage door. he reinforced the repair with a steel bracket for extra strength. He also discovered that this issue was occurring due to the two long springs failing to keep the door up and thus putting a strain on the motor. He replaced both springs and the door now works perfectly ! I highly recommend Ariel for all of your garage door needs

Google5Ariel from Best Garage Door Company did a great job repairing our garage door. They responded super quickly. Ariel came the next morning after I reached out. He quickly found the problem, went out to buy replacement parts, and fixed it within a few hours. He also replaced a bracket for free. Highly recommend this business.

Google5I contacted Best Garage Door after finding my other company stopped doing repairs. I made contact with Nick by phone explaining the problem I was having, and it was a possible broken spring. Nick was very responsive and stated he could be out by this evening, which was great being I called at around 2pm. Nick was very knowledgeable about his job and has a great personality. He fixed the problem, which was not the spring, and adjusted the door opener correctly. I was very happy with doing business with this company and Nick. He will continue to have my business.

Yelp5I had an issue with one of my springs breaking on my two car garage door. I went on Yelp to get some help. Best Garage Door Company was one that the site recommended. Nick, the owner, was very prompt and professional. He took the time to show me the details of the door and why the spring broke. Not only did he give me a great price with quality workmanship, he also offered a warranty. This was good for me because the broken spring was only 6 months old. Nick and his partner had the needed parts on hand and they went right to work. They took their time but were efficient and thorough. They were safe when doing the job and did not put themselves at risk. There is a reason they are as good as they get. I mean, their name say is all...Best Garage Door Company Thanks Nick.

Angi5He was so nice. He came into our home and he respected it. He removed his shoes and he respected our culture. He also helped us in installing the app on our phone so we'll know if the garage closes or opens even when we're away. Services Rendered: He fixed our garage doors since it wasn't working properly. He replaced the spring and the two wheels on the side.

Yelp5Nick was very prompt in responding on thumbtack and followed through with showing up on time, quickly figuring out the issue and proceeded to fix the problem (replacing cables and rebalancing door). He also brought to my attention other issues that down the line may need fixing but mentioned unsolicited that it is not urgent, so no need to fix now but something to think about. It's disheartening how hard it is to find reliable service/trade workers nowadays. So I was delighted on how professional and prompt Nick is. I saved his number and will definitely use again.

Yelp5I searched for an honest professional experienced technician to repair our jammed garage door. We found Nick recommended on NextDoor app. I requested info and he called me immediately and made an appointment for the next morning. Nick texted me the next morning and arrived shortly. He repaired our broken springs, seal and installed new motor and Door opener. He us fair, communicative and efficient. We highly recommend Nick.

Yelp5Niv replaced my garage door opener and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door (whatever you call that thing). His price was fair and he showed up on time. He did exactly what he said he would do and cleaned up his mess. What more can you ask for.

Yelp5We had a problem with a broken Spring and a broken hinge all of a sudden on a Friday evening and went to my trusty old YELP app and put a request in and got a couple of responses one of which was from Nick/Niiv and he agreed to come by the same evening which he did. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote which sounded reasonable and was ready to start working but being that it was getting late he agreed to come by this morning and do the job. I found Nick to be courteous and more importantly honest, reasonable, proficient and quick and he knew what he was doing and had the Spring replaced and the rest of the repairs done rapidly. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and the BGDC in working on your garage door issues. We will definitely be calling him in the future and I want to wish him the best in going forward with his business.
