Google5Gary was sent to our home to replace an older garage door motor. He was very professional, did the job in a timely manner & did an excellent job! Additionally, the communication from his office prior to his arrival regarding his scheduled appointment time was great!

Google5Staff associate who did the installation was very polite friendly and professional. He also demonstrated great knowledge and application of the product. It was a great pleasure of mine having him share so much insight about the product. I learned a lot. I will certainly recommend Broten Garage repairs and service to anyone who have this need.

Google5Our technician Ken Hernandez showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He diagnosed the problem, checked for parts and began repair. After repair he let me test the opening and closing using the devices I had. Everything worked perfectly. I have used Broten for over 30 years and will continue to do so. I also will request Ken in the future for any additional repairs. I was also very grateful that Ken spoke totally understandable English and we could carry on a productive conversation. Thank you Broten for another job well done.

Google5We've used Broten for many garage door related issues for years. Broten has very fair prices. Even if you consider servicing your garage door yourself, it's still almost not worth the hassle because Broten won't be much more expensive. Broten also guarantees/warranty their work. They have very reasonable response time too, none of that waiting for a week or two nonsense. The company is very communicative with customers. The technicians are also very friendly and professional. We would recommend Broten any day.

Google5Service tech has been to my house before. Very competent guy and the service was performed in a timely manner and done correctly. He called 20 minutes before he arrived as he said he would. Are there places less expensive than Broten? Possibly. However with the great service Broten offers I'm loyal to them for all my garage door needs.

Google5Absolutely phenomenal dealings from start to finish! Salesman was great and today the installers Orlando and Jody showed up right on time around 8:30. They told me it should take about 3 hours to replace and install the new hurricane door and they pulled out of here at around 11:35. They did a great job installing and being meticulous for every part of the process so that the new door looks great, functions great and should pass inspection on Friday. I was also able to take advantage of 18 months 0% financing. Top notch service from a top notch company! Broten was a home run for me, thank you everyone at the company!

Google5Ordered a replacement motor for my garage. This was a side unit so that my kids can freely swing golf clubs in our garage, which has a golf simulator. My technician showed up on time, was respectful, and helped modify my garage to make it perfect. He cleaned up better than it was before, showed me all the new functions, and requested that I call immediately if I had any questions. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you guys! Angi5Ronald was on point! He did everything in a professional manner, left the area clean and tidy...he even programmed the Tesla to work the new door. Great work and attitude. I highly recommend. Services Rendered: Installation of a new garage door opener.

Angi5Our garage door would sometimes not respond to the opener so we would temporarily be inconvenienced. Broten had been out a year ago when the coil broke and they came right away and did a good job so we called them again for this. Turns out we had an old motor and needed a new one. They put in the new motor and we're so glad they did; it all works so much better now, is quieter, smoother and reliable. (We hadn't realized how noisy and clunky our old motor was.) We found all the staff people helpful, informative and conscientious. Would definitely use them again. Services Rendered: Garage door repair; motor unreliable
