Excellent service. From first contact, email/text notification regarding scheduled appointment very prompt. Marlon and his team diagnosed and fixed problem with the bracket that came loose from the wood and also checked and replaced a part from the garage door opener on the spot. This is our second time using their services. They fixed the spring years ago, which is still good. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company! First class service, very professional and most importantly very honest! (which is such a premium in Miami...) I used Dimark services over a year ago and was very happy with their work but couldn't find their contact information when I urgently needed their service last Friday. I called another repair company and when they showed up felt I was going to get scammed and didn't let them touch my door... I further researched my files and luckily found Dimark invoice from last year! I called them right away and was happy to wait a couple days for their service call. They came first thing this morning and once again fixed my door with courtesy, professionalism and at a fair price! Thank you for making my day!!

Dimark Garage Doors was super professional. Came out and did estimate and gave us different options to consider unlike other companies we called. Came back to install our new system and did it in less that one hour. We are super happy with the work and in the professional manner they attended is with. Was looking to get a garage door opener installed and decided to go with DiMark due to their rating on yelp. I am glad I did and was very pleased with the outcome. From the beginning they were very responsive to my inquiries. The technicians were punctual and did an excellent job with the installation. They made recommendations based on my needs and did not try to upsell me on unesecary things. They even took the time to tune up the existing hardware on my door. Overall experience was great. Would recommend .

I have been having an issue with my garage door getting stuck. These people came out within 24 hours (even though it's the week between xmas & NYE when so many companies are closed). They were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They are not money-hungry. They didn't take advantage of the situation which I appreciate. In fact, they gave us tips to prevent the issue from happening again.

Marlon of Dimark came to look at my nonfunctioning garage door 2 days ago and determined that it needed a new sprocket in the drive mechanism. Since he didn't have one on his truck, he came back the next day to install it. He not only did the needed repair but he lubricated and "tuned up" both garage doors leaving them working like new. Not only were he and the office manager who set up the appointment very efficient, they were extremely pleasant and polite. I would happily use them again. MBOH

This was the best customer service we have experienced in years. The top bracket broke off of our garage door rendering it useless. Based on the yelp reviews we called Dimark and they fixed it that day. The person on the phone was very helpful, we got lucky & they were at our house within half an hour. They quoted us a reasonable price, got to work quickly and improved the door with a better bracket and support. We were extremely pleased with everything.

My garage door broke 10-1-2022 around 8am. I called this company based on the yelp reviews. And they did not disappointed. Accepted to come to the house to take a look at the problem, without telling me they have a weekend fee like many other people did. They maintained communication with me from the moment I called and asked for them to come to the house, to telling me that the crew was going to be here earlier than expected. They did the job in less than 1 hour. Explained to me what happened to the garage door, it was the springs that one of them broke, changed them, lubricated all the necessary parts of the door and I have 3 year warranty for parts and labor. I'd there were 10 stars to give, gladly would have giving them 10. Highly recommend this company.
