Google5It's the 2nd day of Hanukkah, 5:30 pm and by chance I call Garage Door Pros as a sensor came off on our garage door opener. Not only did Taly answer the phone, she spent time with me by sending pictures of how to reconnect the sensor, all to no avail. She then says she will send her husband over, as it's a quick fix. I felt terrible as it is their holiday, but sure enough Avi comes right over and in less than 5 minutes, problem fixed. It only goes to show there are still good people left in this crazy world, and I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with them.

Google5In my 50+years in the service industry I have never called a business and had them actually try to help me diagnose and fix my problems before they sent a tech...when the door still didn't work they had Avi out the next afternoon and he replaced everything with name brand parts at a reasonable cost in record time...I'd recommend these fine folks to anybody...pleasure to watch a man work who knows what he is doing...truly a wonderful experience

Google5Called Garage Door Pros because my garage door would not close. Before scheduling a date to come out, she asked me to describe the problem. She then explained that a lever up top was pointing down instead of across, she then instructed me on how to move it. I followed the steps explained and the garage door began to function properly. Garage Door Pros provided honest useful help. Wonderful company!

Yelp5Last night my door went kaput on me off track lost wheel and everything. I had to stay up because my door was half open all night. I called and spoke with Tally at 10pm. Offered to send someone over that same moment without hesitation for a small additional fee. I was worried but not $125 extra worried. So I decided to wait until daylight to have them come. I got a 9am appointment with a promise that they would call 30 minutes prior. And wouldn't you know it, I got a call from Avi at 8:30 on the dot telling me he would be there in 30 minutes which he most certainly did. He showed up and in no time assessed the situation and went right to work my springs and cables broke. He dove right in and fixed everything after giving me 3 options repair, replace parts or replace door with a free opener as well. Financially I couldn't do the replacement at this time so I decided to go with option 2. He fixed everything and adjusted my old opener and lined everything. I was pretty embarrassed by my garages current state, I had my project truck and a whole bunch of other crap in there and was afraid that I would have to move everything out. He without batting an eye worked around all the junk. I would definitely call this team my heroes and will be only dealing with them when it comes time to replace my door. I also received a military discount and 2 year warranty. I am incredibly impressed by the high level of professionalism that this company displayed and the communication was at a high level. Avi is also a veteran and it shows in his work ethic. I love this company and I am positive that you will too if you give them a chance to prove it to you. I HIGHLY recommend this company to all my friends, family, and anyone else reading this. Give them a call and thank me later.

Yelp5We have been having issues with our garage door closing - often times it would stop midway down and go back up which is concerning. I reached out to Garage Door Pros and I got same day service in less than a couple of hours and they came out and identified a few different issues including some misalignment of the opener, missing screws, and the springs on my garage door were too small. Fantastically they had all of the needed parts with them and made the repairs in almost no time and closing my door is now smooth with my bumps or misfires. Very happy with their service and would heartily recommend.

Yelp1I had an issue with my garage door and called the service($89.99 just for the technician to show up) and on top of it we have to pay extra for any other service/parts. I have a technician showed up and he examine the motor and confirmed everything looks good. He took a small rod and knock on top of the motor and it started working. Nothing was done apart from knocking on the top of the motor but he charged me $213.99. That is really a joke. Please be aware of these people around and get clarity before you call them. I would never call them again. Price is too much and over charged.

Google5Best garage company out there. They work around your schedule. Talley was amazing and extremely responsive. They dispatched a tech quickly and was able to resolve my garage door issue. Not to mention they do quality work and not just sloppy work like other companies out there. They really do understand your needs and go the extra mile to explain things to you. If you want a company that goes above and beyond I would select this company. I have already switched to using them as my go to company for my garage needs.

Google5Absolute amazing experience. Called the Garage Door Pros on Saturday afternoon, and had my motor reinforced by Monday afternoon. Avi was kind and efficient, had everything done within an hour. I 100% recommend Garage Door Pros for anything garage door related.

Yelp5I needed a garage door professional to install a new opener I had purchased from Amazon. I decided on Garage Door Pros based on their good reviews and their communication during the bidding process. The tech arrived exactly on time and was very personable. Yelp5Wow!!!! So great! I highly recommend Garage Door Pros. I called with a few issues after moving into a new home and they were very responsive. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and were even early for the scheduled appointment! What a nice change! In just 20 minutes they were able to troubleshoot my garage door issues, program a new remote and my car and install a keypad on the side of my garage door for easier entry. They had all the parts, were quick and efficient, and extremely affordable and trustworthy. They have definitely earned my recommendation.

Angi5One of our springs broke this morning and within hour and a half of me calling, these folks had replaced it. No up-charge for same-day service, which is awesome! Techs were professional, super courteous, started on time and got the job done quickly. The company is transparent about pricing and did a good job of explaining all my options. Would recommend to anyone over some of the larger garage door companies out there, who nickel-and-dime you to get preferred appointment times and faster service.
