I haven't actually had anyone physically come to fix anything yet, and that's part of the reason I'm giving 5 stars.
I've had different issues with my garage door a few times over the past 3 years, and every time, I've called this company.
Every time, Christine has answered and walked me through how to fix the problem in minutes, if not mere seconds. She is literally, no exaggeration, the most knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful person I've ever spoken with for any kind of customer service. She even kept notes from previous calls and knew exactly which model garage door opener I had, and knew all about it like it was the back of her hand. It's honestly just incredible.
So, when I actually do need someone to come fix something in person that I can't do with Christine's help over the phone, I'm calling Gabriel for sure!
And no, I was not paid and did not receive anything at all for this review. I'm honestly just blown away at the great customer service, and how much time & money & headache they've saved me.
