My garage door was misbehaving and I called on Monday July 5 to make an appointment to get it looked at. John answered the phone and said he could be there in half an hour to look at it. I certainly did not expect such prompt service. John arrived on time and looked at the problem. My old Lift Master unit was at least 20 years old and did not owe us anything and John suggested that we replace it. He went to pick it up at his storage unit and it was replaced that afternoon. John was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about his work. I love the fact that it came with a three year warranty on parts and labor and service is only a phone call away. Dealing with local companies is a plus and I would recommend this one whole heartedly

I was very impressed with the service! The serviceman came out to my house when he said he would. He thoroughly explained to me what was malfunctioning and what needed to be fixed. He completed the job quickly and the charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of having their garage serviced.
