Google1I was in traffic close to Highland Drive and a white Garage Works branded van cuts me off twice, the second time he would have hit me if I didn't slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. I honked at him. The diver proceeded to flip me off, honk at me, and drive aggressively until I turned off. There were small children in my car. His behavior was appalling. I would never support a business that condones such dangerous, reckless behavior. I will never do business with this company, and I will actively suggest people NOT use this company when looking for recommendations.

Google1My husband and I were driving home from Logan Utah to Preston Idaho at 8 pm on Monday night and one of this company's truck passes my husband on the driver's side in the Middle Lane of the highway you're not supposed to pass on that side it's only a two lane highway two lanes going north and two lines going south and then the Middle Lane for the emergency vehicles he chose to pass in the Middle Lane on the highway it was a black Ford F-250 I called the company to let them know what had happened because their company logo is on the side of this truck and I get nothing but criticized and called Karen and asked if I was okay with them having to terminate an employee that chose to drive 80 miles an hour in the Middle Lane road in a 60 mph zone when there wasn't just me and my husband there were more people on the road by the time we caught up to him he was at a gas station I walked in and I seen where the driver went into the beer cooler now if it was me and it was my company I would want to know I just kept getting excuses on what this driver's life is and what he had going on at home chose to do this there's consequences to every action he even had garage parts hanging from the ladder rack with no tag on it REPLY TO OWNER:. I called& talked to a man & could hear another man in the background & said that the truck I was talking about is a sub-contrator & that they have had 1 to many problems with him & they were going to fire him & I hear the man in the background talking to someone but my hubby & I both know what we seen & I have all the information on the truck but I wasn't going to post all that info on here the reason I called was cause he couldn't hurt alot of people for 1 stupid action that could've hurt your company I was trying to be a good person & let u know that the actions the driver did it's a bad look on ur company & I feel like I should've just called 911 instead of trying to let u controll ur company & the ppl that work for u but his actions are out of control & he should be accounted for his actions & I will never go out of the way to help a company like yours instead I'll just let the cops handle it

Google5I would recommend Garage Works! When my spring broke, they came out the same day and their price was very good compared to some of the other companies I called.

Google5Professional and prompt! Woke up to an unexpected broken Spring, so we were already stressed. I was was very impressed with the quick response and honesty. The technician showed up early, looked over everything and explained to us what was wrong. They also put a sticker right next to my door opener with a phone number for any future issues.

Google5Garage works took care of me and my Dad. His garage was not closing no matter what we did. They came out and fix his garage in 10 minutes. They showed up and told me what to do to fix it. Cheap fix saved us so much. Best call we ever made.

Google1Garage works replaced my springs in October of 2017, in February of 2018 I called them out they found the pulley was loose . I was told that the warranty didn't cover the loose pull, I was charged another 69.00 for the service call. On may 16 2018 had about the same issue and I was not going to pay another 69.00 service call so I called A Plus garage door and they came out and had to redo the springs as they were installed wrong plus the pull was loose again. Don't throw away good money on a bad company, I'm out a lot of money because of there poor workmanship.

Google1They came to fix our garage door a few times in a row and things just got worse. We finally hired another company to come. After doing a 25 point inspection they discovered that Garage Works Inc had put on a bent part and the bearings they told us would last at least another year actually was immobile and causing the moving parts of the door to be damaged as well as the springs. Bad news.
