Friendly secretary, no knowledge though. They wouldn't sell parts only if they got the installation. Safety issue the stated. However , when I told them I had been through several training courses and have 30 yrs experience, they still refused to take an order.

I spent over $600 on a new motor for my garage door. Keep in mind I am an old man with bad knees. But, the sad thing is they didn't even supply the light bulbs. I mean how much does two light bulbs cost, a buck a piece. But yet they expect an old man with bad knees to climb a 12ft ladder to install two light bulbs.PETTY And they even got to keep the old light bulb out of the old opener. Just Sad. So the moral of the story is, especially if your an older person that can't climb 12ft ladders, is have two light bulbs ready whenever they do an installation, so they can climb the ladder as they should.

They know what there doing. The whole job front start to finish was great. We have had 5 doors put on by them. Friendly and good to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Good news: our garage door was installed properly. Bad news: 1) Original door was the incorrect size which delayed installation several weeks 2) Installers arrived unscheduled and without notice at least twice 3) Installer left all of the trash in our barn 4) Installer did not ask permission to use equipment in the barn to complete the project. Overall, the objective was accomplished, the barn now has a working garage door, but it's unfortunate that the quality of service was so unsatisfactory we'd be hard pressed to give this company another chance to complete future projects or to receive any referral business.
