These guys are terrible!!! They went over my budget by $30,000 and we had to finish’s the whole inside ourselves and that was not the deal! On top of them just being terrible at math their work is horrible I paid for an inspection and my inspector said it was one of the worst concrete jobs he has seen! Same with my roof they said it wasn’t the worst roofing job they have seen but it definitely wasn’t good. The inspector also found a hot electrical wire in my attic that wasn’t hooked to anything. Good thing my house didn’t burn up with my kids in it!! Kevin Shaunessy takes no responsibility for his bad work and he won’t respond to my messages because I yelled at him and hurt his feelings. Anyone would yell at him if he had to deal with the type of construction company these guys are.
