I called Overhead doors they were not friendly, the lady who answered seemed to be bothered to be there. I scheduled an appointment and no one showed. I got online and found D's I called them explained I had an hour lunch if they could schedule me a time to come look at my door I would schedule my lunch accordingly. Got the appointment set up. They were right on time, came in showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He told me since my garage door was not a standard door that they would call me tomorrow with an estimate and explained they would have to order it, and their truck runs every 2 weeks so once it comes in they would call and schedule the install. He came today was running a little early so gave me a call. I took my lunch and met him over there within an hour and half he had the new panels and support brackets installed, and remote programmed. He was fast, reliable, and very professional. I think he said his name was Aaron. I would def recommend this business to anyone who needs garage door repair. They are friendly, reliable, and professional. I am 100 percent sure if I have any more issues they will be my only call.
