Google5They came out and fixed the spring on our garage door. The repairman was on time. He was very nice and professional. He explained what he had to do and did it. The price was reasonable too. Thank you for a good experience!

Google5This was my first time using Door Doctor of Southern Illinois and I'm impressed. Christy couldn't have been nicer in scheduling my appointment right away. She called back when she said she would and that means a lot. Tim made the service call and was obviously competent. He explained what was going on, serviced both the garage doors we have and resolved the problem with one of them. I highly recommend this outfit.

Google5I have used the Door Doctor twice. I have been extremely satisfied both times. The lady answering the phone was very nice and helpful and the repairmen were both very nice and got the job done quickly. I called this morning and Tim was here this afternoon and fixed my door. I highly recommend them!

Google5My twenty year old door opener finally broke, but Door Doctor made replacing it very easy and affordable. The tech arrived on time, explained the parts that needed replaced (the opener and also springs on the door) and finished the job in about an hour. He was polite, professional, and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Google5This is a highly professional company. I am totally impressed with their work. Garage door repair was quick and well done. The door works better now than it ever did and I was pleasantly surprised with the price. If you have a garage door need I would definitely recommend calling The door Doctor of Southern Illinois first.

Google5Excellent and quick service, we contacted Door Doctor and Christy got a technician sent out the next day. Our technician was polite and friendly. They replaced an ancient garage door operator in our home for a reasonable rate. A bowing in our original wood garage door was also identified and corrected before the problem got to an unrepairable state. Highly recommended.

Google5We just had our garage door worked in today by Tim from the Door Doctor and I have to say how pleased I am with his work ethic, presentation and pricing for his work that was done. He showed up on time and promptly went to work fixing what had been messed up by another individual. The quote I received was on point; no more and there were no hidden charges. He was super friendly and very respectful and I appreciate that quality in people that show up to my home to do work. Kudos to the company and to Tim! I definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a new door installed it an already existing door fixed.
