Our daughter backed into the garage door and it just hasn't worked right since. DOH! Finally we'd had enough and asked Overhead door to come out and look at it. A new door wouldn't match the other garage doors on the house due to 16 years of the sun fading, but it was the only option and we were going to go with it. THEN, the guy who came out to look at the door called the next day and said, "This never happens, but I'm taking a garage door out of another house right now and it's the exact color, type, and dimensions you need for your house...and I think the sun fading will be a perfect match!" So he loaded it up, and came to our house the next morning to install it with a new opener, etc. It saved us hundreds of dollars and solved our color match problem AND it was installed the next day! Sure, they could have sold a new garage door, but this one was a better fit for our family and they now have a customer and raving fan for life. THAT'S why you need to work with these folks...because they will take care of you. Thank you, Overhead Door Company of Southeast Missouri!

My springs on my garage door broke and I called Overhead Door early that morning and by early afternoon they were there to repair it!! Awesome people, Awesome service!!

Garage door spring broke. Called Overhead Door the same morning and receptionist had a technician call back a couple hours later to schedule a time. Matt was our technician who was able to meet us at home during lunch and replace the spring. Thank you for the quick service!

I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Southeast Missouri after I needed the garage door operator replaced when the 30 year old one burned out. With a few hours after calling & explaining what I needed, they sent someone out . Josh quickly & efficiently swapped out the unit. I still can't believe it is already done.

I desperately needed my garage door repaired as I had just closed on my house and couldn't leave a broken garage door to the new owners. Tyler got a repairman out to my house within 20 minutes and the repairs were made in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this company!!

Had opener replaced. Brandon, the tech who installed it, was friendly and efficient. John the salesperson was also very polite and friendly. Both took time to answer all my questions, price seemed reasonable. Quick service also.

They were able to schedule a repair in two business days (on my day off) to replace the springs on the door they installed more than 20 years ago. This is the first problem we've had in all that time, and it works perfectly again.

Terrible customer service, not only did we have to pickup are special order doors, some were damaged and they stated we must take measurements and return the damage panels ourselves, salesman openly stated that he had no knowledge about the doors we ordered and admitted to having never worked with that manufacturer. They did not follow are request to be present when measuring for the doors, then they measured wrong and would not honor they originally quoted price after there mistake, we had to pay the difference. The doors came green on both sides, we had to pay out of pocket to have the doors painted white on one side. Terrible customer service. We offered to keep the damaged panels and repair ourselves for a refund and they have refused. We ordered a total of 6 doors of high quality, for the large amount of money we spent this process has and customer service has been terrible!!!

Called to have a repair estimate and was quoted $70. When they came out they told me it was my springs and that I would need to replace them. I agreed and when the went to replace them they told me they forgot a spring so they would have to use 1 instead of the recommended 2 that the garage door needs. Assured me that this was ok since it was a stronger spring. Again I said ok. When I received the bill it was for $250. I questioned that and when I called I received the run around for about 3 weeks followed up by very, very poor customer service. I was told...and I quote, "You should be glad it wasn't more." That was said to me by Tammy the secretary. Not very professional. They ended up sticking to their ridiculous charges & I ended up paying double for a service that was half fast, wrong part & poor customer service. Hopefully through this feedback I can save someone else the headache and issues that I dealt with by using this company. I also reviewed them poorly on Angie's List. Stay away!!

They completed the work we asked them to do then they inspected the rest of our garage door and tightened the hinges on our door. So they did the job we asked and more, I would highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Put the chain back on our garage door and did other odd jobs.

My old garage door was only working now and then...it was at least 30 years old but the door itself was fine. The man who came out installed the motor and replaced only parts that needed to be replaced. He was very nice and agreed that the door was fine but let me know that if I wanted to replace it in the future I could just replace the door. The motor has a warranty and is working great. It even has a lock on the panel where you open and shut it so I can lock it at night and of course it comes with a remote for the car. They were prompt and professional and I was very happy with the company Services Rendered: Put in new motor for garage door

One of the big springs on my garage door broke. Overhead Door came out and replaced it. They were prompt and they did a good job. The price was alright. Services Rendered: I last used Overhead Door about a year and a half ago to work on my garage door.
