Google5I found SI Overhead door to be very professional, courteous, and prompt to address my needs. The spring on my garage door had broken, plus I had two old craftsman's openers that I had been meaning to replace for a few years. When I called Rick with my issues and advised my car was stuck inside the garage, he was prompt in scheduling me in for 911 repairs. lol They called two days before my scheduled appointment and advised they had some time that evening to come and repair the spring and replace the motors on both doors. Needless to say, I said, " yes please." Ricks son and a high school senior ( who needs a pay raise ) came in the rain to repair and replace all my garage needs. They had me up and going in no time, they cleaned up every scrap/mess, we settled up and they were gone! Very happy with the service provided by S.I. Overhead doors, and did I mention I love how quite the new openers are, plus they have Bluetooth and a button for turning on the garage door motor lights without opening the garage doors. Google5Exceptional service by SI Overhead Door! When my garage door's spring broke, I reached out to them for assistance. Not only did they promptly address the broken spring issue, but they also went above and beyond by identifying and fixing other underlying problems that I wasn't even aware of. The expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. My garage door now operates flawlessly and quietly. I'm incredibly grateful for the extra mile they went to ensure everything was in top condition. The combination of their technical skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction earns SI Overhead Door a well-deserved five-star rating from me!

Google5I want to make note of how perfectly satisfied I am with the experience I had with this company. I didn't have an overly complicated job for them, nor did it take very long or really require extensive effort on their part. However, when you're in need of help, the last thing you want to encounter are issues from who you've called upon. That's exactly the opposite of what happened in this case. I called on Monday about getting someone out to help me fix an issue. I was given a call back within a few hours with an appointment set for just a day and a half later. I was also given a quote for the service call (which stayed accurate after completion) and received a call this morning before the service tech left the shop to confirm. The door was fixed and the tech was as professional as he could've been. I couldn't be more relieved and impressed with how the entire experience went and will guarantee they have my business and recommendations from here on out! Thanks again!

Google5Very happy with the service from these guys. They know their stuff when it comes to repairing garage doors. Serviced both of my doors replaced door seals, programmed the opener's all in less than 2 hours. Very friendly, responsive and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Google5It was my great pleasure to meet Rick and Lucas Nannie in a dire situation. My garage door spring had broken, locking my car in the garage on a Friday, when it was important that I get to work. I called SI Overhead Door. Lucas and Rick responded immediately and stayed in touch with me until they could get to my home. When they arrived, they got my car out in minutes! They are champions! Even though they came back to install a custom spring the next day, on a Saturday, there was no exorbitant weekend or emergency fee their competitor would have charged. I appreciate the Nannies belief that sustainability in business depends upon integrity and superior customer service . In today's fast paced culture, those are often rare qualities. Google5These guys are the best! If you're looking for honest and quick, this is the company for u! They are so nice to work with, and they explain everything that's being done! Not to mention the price, SO VERY REASONABLE!! I completely recommend them for any door needs! They will always be my go to guys for door needs! Thank u Rick for everything!!
