Had a garage door that had spring broken and needed a new door seal and cable on one side. Called after 8 am was in my driveway before 11 and was done by 12:30 door works like new.

I would like to share my feedback regarding their service, and while I believe their overall service is satisfactory, I had a negative experience during my visit to their office. In particular, I had an encounter with the receptionist seated on the right, and I found her to be unprofessional and insulting. Consequently, I strongly advise against engaging in conversations with her.

Not only did the repairman put the cable back on the pulley, but he lubricated the springs and tracks on both of my garage doors and then recommended that I do the same four times a year in order to keep the spring in good working condition. He was very friendly and more than willing to explain what he was doing and why. Before he left, he made sure that both doors were in good working condition. Services Rendered: A cable that came off the pulley on my garage door was put back on.
