My schedule and timeframe for the installation was accommodated, they were very flexible and responsive. The technician who installed estimated and ultimately installed my new garage door opener was competent, honest and helpful. While the technician was polite and respectful at time of install, his attitude was rather gruff and annoyed. This didn't interfere with a completed and quick install job and I'm happy with the end result.

So glad I used this company. Called and was able to get an appointment next day! They called me to give me a heads up they were coming. Arrived on time and fixed the issue in 10 minutes and then when I asked about another problem we had said "we can take off that!" "Only 10 more minutes". They were friendly and quick. Thanks so much for fixed my door and stripping on the bottom!

Recently moved to Waldorf and found myself in need of garage door repair. I posted to the Charles county FB page requesting recommendations. Received several recommendations for Access Garage. I contacted them and they had a technician at my home the same day. Matt (Technician) explained that I had a broken spring, bracket and cables. Upon my approval to proceed, he had my door working within the hour. He also explained that the opener itself was in need of replacement (20+ Years old). He also showed me why. Before leaving, he provided a quote for the new opener with explanation for what Access would cover. After about a month of comparison shopping, I called Access to have the job completed. Appointment was made for very next week. Matt came back for installation of new opener. Upon completion of the job, he explained all I needed to know about the operation of the new opener, including remotes, key pad and WiFi. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors for any garage door needs. They're professional, get the job done with qualified techs, and are reasonable as compared to some others. It's also nice to have a local business available to handle emergencies. Thank you Access!!

Kudos to my two technician Greg and Matt. When I called I needed emergency service. My garage door came off the track and we could not close the door. Matt came over and fixed the door that same day in a few hours he arrived to our house - Excellent Service. He did a wonderful job and had 5-star customer service skills. He told me we needed to replace the springs because they didn't support my garage door. I made an appointment for a week later as the new parts needed to be ordered. Greg came out to install the new springs and the new wheels we requested. He was on-time and answered all our questions. He did an outstanding job and had a very good attitude while working. I'm very pleased to say that our garage door is working better than it was before. These guys are true professional and masters of their craft. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and others. Great Job Guys and Thank you!

The technician, Greg, called prior to arrival, arrived on time, was very professional, knew what the issue was immediately and provided a cost. I also had an outdoor remote installed. During conversation regarding remotes he programmed all of my remotes including my car, my house and detached garage door openers. Very pleased with Access Garage Doors, Inc. Greg was great. Arrived right on time, had an awesome attitude. Very professional, asked what the problem was, if there'd been any warning before the garage door failed to operate, and what had I done to try and fix the door. He patiently listened, even told me that my efforts were correct based on the symptoms described. Greg then activated the opener, watching the system and figured out within five minutes what was causing the malfunction. After identifying and explaining the situation, he made several adjustments and the door worked perfectly. He fine-tuned the up/down sensors and was finished inside 30 minutes. I think he'dve finished in half the time if I'd gone inside and not been talking while he worked. He was pleasant, seemed to enjoy the work, and said to call him back if anything acted up in the near term for another adjustment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I delayed writing my review to ensure the repairs made permanently fixed the issue. It works perfectly - thanks Greg! Services Rendered: Repaired faulty garage door opener.
