Easy Open Garage Doors, LLC was a pleasure to work with from time of initial quote to final installation. The company removed and disposed of old wooden doors and installed the two new doors in one day. I would highly recommend them! Great price and professional service!

Easy Open Garage Doors replaced the decades old wooden doors on our detached 3 car garage last October, 2022. The new doors work smoothly, have a much tighter fit, are insulated, plus they improve the lighting in the garage. Easy Open Doors also has good customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I inadvertently shut the first door on a car pole brush, which caused the door to not close properly. They responded to my call and the next day had a service technician come by to fix it. I'd deal with them again.

A MIGHTY MOUSE of a company!! Remember the Mighty Mouse cry "Here I am to save the day!"? Well this company does just that with speed and courteous service. This was a homeowner attempt at repair that went horribly wrong. The door almost fell off the tracks and would not open/close. Calling late on a Friday evening, I was asked if this could wait until Monday morning. Agreeing the Technician called at 8AM to advise he was on his way. After working for 4 hours the technician explained the repair and demonstrated the smooth operating door. The effort required reforming bent roller sleeves and bent door panels. The Technician repaired the door by reworking the deformed parts and re-installing the panels. He cleaned up after himself and left the garage spotless. I now have a door that operates as new and the cost for the repair nominal. As the door is over 15 Years old, the Technician noted that some of the parts have been improved and strengthened. I was so impressed by the work and have requested the doors (3 of them) be modified with the improved parts. Summarizing, I highly recommend this company for installation and maintenance services. These people are responsive, which these days is a real plus. They came out and identified the problem, and tuned up the cables and springs, and lubed everything that needs to be lubed. I feel like my garage door is better than new, and all at a very reasonable price.

Called Easy Open Garage Doors on Friday requesting emergency service over a self-inflicted homeowner repair in zip 22473. The door was severely damaged, guide rollers pulled off the rails and several panels deformed. The door could not be opened or closed. I was informed that due to a full schedule all teams were busy and that the earliest response would be Monday morning if not on Friday. At 8AM on Monday the Technician called on his way. The Technician worked over 3 hours repairing and adjusting the door. After completion of the repair and demonstrated operation, garage was spotless and the door operated as new. I can not say enough about the fantastic job the technician did and how courteous he was. In short work was completed in a most efficient and courteous way. Asked what could be done to prevent the initial failure, the Technician noted that the doors were 15 years old and that several hardware improvements had been made in the intervening years that would improve the strength of the door operator. I ordered the hardware recommendations and await the installation on my 3 doors I would hire this company again and again without hesitation and highly recommend them! Moved recently and the new house needed a new garage door. Got quotes from a couple of folks including Easy Open Garage Doors. Blaine answered the phone. Seemed like a real nice guy, really knows his doors. The install was painless and their communication and service was great throughout. We love our new Garaga garage door!

I bought a new garage door from another company in the area cause they quoted me a good price and when it finally got done they messed up the install. I reached out to Easy Open Garage Doors to fix what the last guy had done. Easy Open was responsive and promptly came out to me in Tappahannock to take a look. They determined the problems right away and the repair was faster than I expected. Everything works great now and their service was top notch. Wish I'd called these guys for a new door in the first place, guess I got what I paid for

3 August 2021 Easy Open came out to my home to see if my really old garage door opener could be fixed. It couldn't. So they installed a new one. The technician, Dallas, did excellent work in removing the old opener and electronics and installing a new one. He took a total of about two hours to do the complete job. He even helped me reprogram the built-in opener switch in my Expedition. Results were excellent. I'm very pleased with the work and the price was quite reasonable considering what had to be done. Dallas also showed me exactly why I was having problems with my other garage door. And once I understood the problem it was an easy DYI fix. I highly recommend this company.

Really had a great experience with Easy Open, so I wanted to leave them a review. Blaine is really friendly and down to earth, and you can tell he really cares about his clients and wants to do right by them. They are also very knowledgeable about the products they offer and very responsive, which is super helpful especially in the case of an emergency or quick fix needed. I love to support local businesses in VA wherever I can and this case is no different. I would easily recommend Easy Open for garage door installation/opener/repair needs!

EASY OPEN GARAGE DOORS made the long drive to my home without complaint, twice! The first trip indicated the motor and railing needed to be replaced. On the return trip the new motor and railing were installed in about an hour. Both garage doors were inspected and adjusted( a hinge was discovered attached backwards by original installers!) The new opener is much quieter then the old opener. I was provided with an outside keypad, a pocket remote and instruction booklet for my new opener. The operation of my new garage door is now smooth, quiet and reliable. I am well pleased with the service of EASY OPEN GARAGE DOORS. Services Rendered: Original 10 year old motor of opener needed to be replaced because of dead circuit board. The garage door could only be operated manually.

It works very well. The man, John, did a very good job. I'm not sure that the price was compensatory to the work, but he did a good job and I couldn't do it myself. They were very prompt and the man was a perfect gentleman. Services Rendered: They adjusted my overhead garage door to the point where my wife could lift the door. I believe they fixed the spring.

Garage door stopped working. I left a message on their machine over weekend, and they called back 1st thing Mon, and came out to house at 10 am. Quick, reasonable and cleaned up after work completed. Excellent company. Services Rendered: Diagnosed and repaired drive mechanism on electric door opener. I asked if better to repair or replace as door is 16 yrs old, and they recomended cheaper alternative, rather than sell me a new opener
