BBB5Terrific Service! Our technician, Connor, was on time, performed the needed work, was friendly, and answered all of my questions. We had Overhead Door install our garage door many years ago and they have been great at taking care of the small repairs and necessary upkeep. Affordable and great quality.

BBB5Garage door came off tracks, emergency situation. Called the company and they provided cost information upfront and a time repairman would arrive. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Arrived and performed the work and checked the overall garage door health. Back in service before the storm came and was able to close the door. Great service all around and Randy the repairman was very efficient, professional, and polite. Not used to this quality of service lately. Highly recommend the Southern MD office.

BBB5Timely and courteous technician (Derrin). Quickly assessed the problem with our garage door, explained exactly what he would do and offered some suggestions, and quoted me before beginning the work. Finished the work in less than 2 hours and price was very reasonable. We will be coming back to them!

BBB5A glass pain in our door shattered, letting in the cold! Overhead Door came, measured, and replaced the glass inside a week. Fast, good service. Came when they said, charged what they said, tested the door before leaving. Excellent!

BBB5They responded quickly to my call and came with in couple of hours to repair my garage door. Work was done within 2 hours. Jared and Trevor were very friendly and courteous. Very reasonable price wise. I would recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service!!

BBB5I'm very pleased with their service. The technician called to say he was on his way, showed up on time and got the job done promptly in a very professional manner. He reviewed everything he had done and made sure I knew how to operate the door.
