Google5I am very pleased with the level of knowledge, customer service and time of this company. I woke up at 7am with a broken garage door. They were at my house within the hour. Told me the issue and was fixed within 2 hours total. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for your great work.

Google5I have twice used R&R Garage Door Services of Bryans Road, MD. The first time was to have a tuneup on a very grumpy door that was grinding and scraping as it dragged it's way up and down. The door had been installed by another service 5 years before. Robbie and Grafton arrived at precisely 8:30AM on the day after I called them as promised. They diagnosed the issues and within 45 minutes had replaced the pulleys and wheels and lubricated the tracks. The door went from sounding as though it was coming apart to running quietly and smoothly. My second occasion to call R&R was last night when I discovered that the track that the door chain rides on had come away from the ceiling as the original installer (NOT R&R) had used a small piece of wood to mount the end of the track and that wood had crumbled and fallen apart. I phoned R&R at 7:00PM and Robbie said they could be out the next morning at 9:00AM. They pulled in to the driveway at 8:59AM and immediately got to work. 40 minutes later the track is mounted securely and the door is back in action. Robbie and his partner Grafton are courteous, prompt and very efficient. I find their prices to be reasonable and their work to be first rate. Should I need garage door services again they will definitely by my first call. They were only able to accept cash or check for their work. I highly recommend R&R Garage Door Services.

Google5Excellent service! Our springs broke and the garage door wouldn't go up. We called and the gentleman was on his way immediately after I told him what the problem was. Other companies told us the earliest appt was in 2 days. When he arrived he explained the problem and quickly fixed the door in about 10 mins. The price was very reasonable and he was extremely professional and polite. Amazing job, thank you so much, now we can get out to go to church in the morning. If anything ever goes wrong with our garage door again, we won't hesitate to call R&R Garage Door! Thank you for your expedient, excellent service!

Google5I called R & R this morning. The owner was very pleasant and said he would come to my house between 3:30 and 4:00pm. He arrived at 3:35, accessed the problem and fixed my garage door opener. He explained everything he needed to do and gave me a reasonable price. I highly recommend R & R Garage Doors.

Google5Called R&R Garage Door Service and the guy was so polite when he answered the phone. He informed me that he would work around my schedule and accommodate me in any way that i needed. Him and his partner were at my property at the scheduled time and well preprepared and took all all COVID safety precautions the entire time. Upon inspection of my installation of my garage door opener they notice my spring was broken which had to be replaced which they worked with me to have both springs replaced / installed as well the garage opener. They guys did an outstanding job installing the new items and hauling away the old ones. They programed all remotes and even my car. All trash was removed as well. I highly recommend this company for any garage installation services that you may have. Outstanding customer service!!!

Google5My garage door had the cable come off on one side and catch the top of the door. That side stopped, the other side raised, the rail bent and gave way. The door hung twisted and dead. I tried to fix it and became frustrated. Decided a new door was required. R & R gave an estimate for a basic new garage door over the phone. The service person arrived and looked at the door. He told me he could fix it to work like a new door for a reasonable price. I decided to give repair a try. He worked to replace the springs, cable guides, all the rollers, and part of the track. Before long the door was straight and proud. It runs like a new door now.
