Google5They came and figured out what I needed. Ordered some special parts and installed the new equipment. The door works great. Easy to work with and reasonably priced! The technician was very professional. They kept their word and completed the job even though it took some extra work on their part. I highly recommend them. Stacey

Google5Shawn and his crew are great. Fast reliable service. Very very good prices. Door cable broke. They came out within a few days corrected the problem. We also had 2 doors that they were able to outfit with remotes. Very old lift master operators. They didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. Very professional uniformed crew. This is the second time AFS has used them. The ability to pay onsite was also very convenient. Text and phone updates with reminders and where the technicians were. Great service. Thank you GD plus. The AFS team.

Google4Garage Doors Plus More was great to work with. Although it took a couple months to get the garage door, they were helpful at communicating the updated timeline when asked. They also raised the height of my existing opening and wrapped it with break metal as it was low previously. The door arrived with some minor damage but they were quick to respond and reorder new panels. All-in-all, I'm pleased with the work and hope it will last for years to come!

Yelp1I recently had some issues with my garage door and the opener so I looked around and called Garage door plus they came out and did an estimate on my garage. It was $450. I thought the garage door opener that I had was bad so I went out and purchased a new one, so they got to my house and started working on it. They came to the conclusion that the old garage door opener was still good so they called me and asked me what I wanted to do. I said no put the new one in because I already purchased it. But when I got home, the old garage door opener was gone and so was the box to the new one. I was SMH Wondering why they took it upon themselves to take the old one I have left several messages to ask him where the old garage door opener was. They said they took it with them. I question them and ask them why. Why did you take my property when it didn't belong to you no response about three weeks ago. They texted me back and said when we are in town, we will bring your garage door opener back to you still no opener and still have not gotten back with me so the reason why I'm writing this is if anybody has any garage door problems Please don't call Garage door plus. They should not take peoples property without asking that's not good business. My suggestion don't use them

Yelp5I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing. I called numerous other places to replace the rubber seal on my custom 12-foot fiberglass door, but none could, except for Garage Door Plus More. The owner himself came to help me. He removed the old seal, unwrapped a roll of rubber and threaded it through, no problem! Plus, he said he could custom make a replacement door when I am ready. I have an unusual garage door setup and am relieved to know someone that can replace it.

Yelp5Super nice family run local Dowagiac based business. Charged less than 1/2 of their competitor who did the exact same repair on my other door about 4 yrs ago. Just friendly hard working people who did a very nice job. My doors haven't been this quiet since they were new! Thanks Shawn

Yelp5I wish every company provided the service that Garage Doors Plus More provides. From my first phone call until my problems were solved, Shawn and his employees were kind, helpful and very concerned about my satisfaction. If you need a new door or opener or need one repaired, by all means call this company. As an added note, I have had my Hormann door and opener now for 11 years and the opener has a lifetime warranty. It's super quiet. I highly recommend the brand!

Yelp1Drove over there, 10 miles, sign said open, doors locked, 2 cars in the drive way. I called and got an answering machine and by the hours it gave, they didnt close for another 30 min. So, needless to say, I wont be going there again.
