Disappointed in their response. Couldn't do same day which I can understand but they have no indication of when they would be out the next day. Called at 9:30 am the next morning to see if there was a time they could give me. First office girl couldn't handle my question so she said the other girl would call back . Other girl called back and indicated the technician wanted to know if we brushed the cobwebs from the sensors!! Are you kidding me? I waited another 2 hours for her to call back. I decided to go with Precision who was here within 1 hour!
Dan was excellent at installing my garage door. Took a little time to get him here but was worth the wait. Christine who answered the phone when I kept checking in was patient and courteous/ The quote was fair and spot on. You can trust this company all around. I highly recommend them!!!
They have done work for me in the past and always do things right. I had an issue I noticed with my door this weekend, called them first thing Monday, they had someone out in a couple hours and fixed issue at a fair price. Highly recommend.
Top notch garage door installation across the board. Newmans were very thorough and even lubed and checked my other garage door. Made sure everything was working right before they left and made sure we understood how to use everything. No mess left behind! I couldn't even tell they were there except now I had a garage door opener. Installation was very neat too. Best service in awhile. Thanks Dan!
Updated. My rating is because I didn't receive timely communcation or updates around the time I was told I should be able to pick up. My landlord worked with your team to get a newer garage door opener. Mine was very old! I was told an approximate date to pick up. I called at that time for an update and was told that a new style has to be ordered as the 1st style was no longer available. The issue was I was quoted a new date and never heard back. So I gave more time and then followed up again. Then I was told that it has to be programmed still and I would get a call when it was ready. I gave another week for that to happen before I called to check in. I called to say I was in the area and could pick it up. They said it would be fine to stop in. When I arrived it was on the desk, among a lot of paperwork, and just being programmed then. My perception was that I was completely forgotten about. I was showed how to flip the switches incase it was in reverse order to what it needed to be. That was helpful because it was reversed. Also my family member called for service on their door and received the run around on a timeline. The person was also super dismissive about her requests. She was able to work with another garage door company that said her requests were a very easy fix and helped her out in a timely manner.
They not only come in with cheapest quote, was at our home in less then 5 days to install new garage door!! From talking with them on the phone right to Kyle & Garrett their install team, all went perfect. Polite, professional and had conversations with us while installing. You can't go wrong choosing this company.
I've used their services at several different locations, and always top notch service! From new garage doors to repairing existing, as well as garage door opener repairs, they always exceed expectations. Very reasonable rates as well. You won't go wrong with this company - they are the best!
Great outfit. Our torsion spring broke and "trapped" our vehicles in the garage. They fit us in same day and got us back in business. We needed a slight adjustment a few months later and the owner Dan came back to do it himself. Nice folks and great service. I definitely recommend.
Just happened be home when they showed up to check out my garage doors... their Installer asked questions that I didn't know the answers to but helped me make the best decisions of what equipment I needed. They showed up at a later date to install and I didn't have to be home for the install. They were trustworthy and did a great job. Thanks
I would definitely recommend Newman Garage Door Sales & Service to a friend. Their name says it all. They were helpful from beginning to end. They loaned us samples we could take home and view against our home and quality product information on their product lines. They were helpful in setting an appointment to meet our unique schedule and their installer was quick, professional and answered all my questions. We were looking to replace two overhead wood doors with insulated metal doors and had researched various suppliers. Two of our neighbors had Newman doors and recommended them to us. Newman Garage Door Sales & Service was able to supply a pair of high quality doors, professionally installed, for only slightly more than a chain store, which will remain nameless, could supply a similar quality door which I would have had to install myself. Included in that price also was removal/disposal of the old doors and cleanup of the debris!
Well was headed out on s vacation to canada and maine . Garage door cable broke as I was closing my gatahe door to leave . CRAP so I cut the other cable to get the garage door closed . When we got back we called a local company to fix the cables so i could open the door to get my trapped Jeep JK out so zo could go to work . Then we called a few local garage door companys plus visited Lowes ( they were worthless ) and Home Depote on quotes on a new garage door and opener. Everone even the big box companys were more Newman quoted me a price that was better then any one else and its a local company. You guessed it my money when to a local company. Ordered the door I wanted came in on time and they installed it today . Drove up to the house after I got off work ,. WOW what a major new impact . My house looks great . Door is exactly as I pictured it. Seals totally tight . I am so impressed with Newman Garage doors I recommended them to anyone looking for a garage door. I will never have to replace this door in my lifetime . Thank you for your service and detail to the job you did.
