The entire process from calling the office to scheduling an appointment went excellent! After calling another garage door company that I had dealt with in the past, I was told that I would need to wait until Thursday for someone to come out and address the issue. With that being unacceptable, I went on Angie's List and looked for another company to call. After reading the reviews of all of the satisfied customers, I decided to give All Pro Garage Doors a call. Todd answered the phone and after describing the issue, he asked if someone would be home today between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. I said "yes" and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a same day appointment. Todd was prompt, professional and after listening to what my husband and I were experiencing with the the garage door, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Once he was finished, I thanked Todd and he gave me his business card for any future problems that might crop up in the future ~ I noted on his business card that he was the President of this company. Not only did he answer the phone when I called, he personally came out on the service call. My husband is also a small business owner, President of his company and answer's the phone when his clients call. Integrity, honesty and a pleasure to do business with sums it up. All Pro Garage will be my "go to" for when I need garage door work done and will definitely recommend Todd's company to others. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did :)
