SCAM SCAM RIPOFF signed a contract to replace garage door panel 2/17/24 for $1,100 paid $550. Called me 3/27/24 said panel came in but it was going cost an extra $550 for total of $1,650, I said I'd check around and got a bid today for $1,150 so I told them I was cancelling . The OWNER told me that my down payment was non refundable and that he was putting a LEAN on my home for the rest of the money , BUT DIDN'T DO THE JOB . Services Rendered: solid top panel replaced with one that has windows

My garage door was original heavy wood style door from the 70's. Everything had to be replaced. Matt H did the estimate. Joe & his partner did the difficult removal, installation & clean up. And I couldn't be happier. Very professional, yet down to earth employees. Great job, decent price, I really can't say enough. Added thanks to Desiray & Aixa, you ladies rock. I highly recommend them to do the job. Thanks again all.

Palm Coast - Requested a service call for garage door spring and roller replacement. I received same day service and they arrived when they said they would. The office and service personnel were informative, helpful, polite and the work was done quickly and the door now runs so quiet. I will only do future business with this company.

Realized we had a broken spring on our garage door. Called Tarek and the next day he had someone at our house to replace it. The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door is operating as it should with no issues. Thanks!

Technician said he had seen this issue with the bolts pulled out and had a fix for it! It was another bracket that went over the one with the bolt issue!15 minutes later all done and seemed to be fine! He said $99 to come out (and it was only to come out) ! 15 minutes labor would be another $50 the bracket was another $95 ! That was crazy as $25 would have been more realistic! Not happy with the bracket price,so 3 stars! Liked the friendly technician!( total for a simple 15 minute repair was $ 240.00!)

My experience with Overhead Door of America was excellent. We called them on a Friday afternoon and we had a new garage door opener installed on Saturday. The gentlemen that installed the opener also added a new border to our garage door, since the old one was damaged. He was personable, prompt and finished the installation in a very timely manner. We really like this company and will be dealing with them again! Thank you Overhead Door!

Friday November 4th. Cumberland Farms on the corner of us1 & Cheney hwy In Titusville. Employees threw their empty drug baggy and cigar wrapper on the ground. Smoking weed in the company vehicle before they go to an install. I normally wouldn't care about these stoners but when they opened the door and threw the trash on the ground I couldn't ignore it.

People tend to only leave reviews if they are extremely happy or extremely upset... I'm extremely Happy!! I'm in the process of remodeling my newly purchased forever home in Merritt Island and I hired Overhead Door of America to replace my dilapidated 1978 garage door. The absolute professionalism and customer service I experienced from sales to installation was amazing!! I had one minor post-installation repair necessary, and the owner happily responded to my late Sunday afternoon inquiry and had my problem resolved by 10:00 am the very next day! Where contractor performance in Central Florida is mediocre at best, Overhead Door of America has set the contractor bar of excellence very high. I only wish I had the same great experience with the other flunky contractors I've met along the way. I highly recommend you give them a call... you won't be disappointed.

After a Lightening Strike I needed two garage door openers replaced. At the recommendation of a neighbor I called in the morning and reviewed model options and pricing on the phone and the technician installed both units the following morning. Dana was an outstanding professional, fast, efficient and even programmed my two automobiles...couldn't ask for more. He has earned the title Master Technician....Great Job!

We bought a home in Cascades form a previous owner. Unfortunately we discovered that the door had been damaged in the past and band aids used to keep it functioning. After the first failure, I called Mr Ed Kader, who responded within and hour and fixed the door. He warned me that this could be temporary, because of previous history. Finally the door fell apart. Complete mortality!. I called Ed again and he arrived within the hour to assess the damage. He gave me a fair price for a new door and a discount for previous service. The next morning he and a technician arrived and installed the new door within a couple of hours. They did a great. I highly recommend this company for friendly timely service at a fair price.

Well. They had to come back three times because the opener broke at the end of the first service call, then they had to come back and it seemed to be working, but next day it wasn't so I had to call them to come again. Services Rendered: Garage door had a broken spring. Door opener had a broken capacitor.

It went ok. The prompt response was excellent. Technician showed up on time and even called first. The work performed was good. The only issue, if you can call it that, was that I felt that I was trying to be sold things that I knew I really didn't need. I did end up having two other things done on the garage door which added up quickly. The door is much quieter than before and I don't have any bolts falling out now. Services Rendered: Tune up and some bolts replaced
