I called to have my remotes replaced because they weren't working. I was told by their technician that it may or may not be the remotes and that there was a 50/50 chance of them working or paying more for other remotes that would work in the future if it turns out to be the motor/mother board at over $700! Ok, I opted for the new remotes and he told me they worked. I tried them outside the garage and they worked but NOT inside the car when I tried after he left. I then called the office and could not get a word in edgewise with the woman I spoke to as she claimed I was "yelling" at her. Give me a break, I am the customer and she unprofessionally started yelling at me. Bottom line is that I got nothing for what I paid for and would not recommend using this company and this technician!
I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Jeffrey at Precision Garage Door service. He fully explained all of my options and was very helpful. He was very honest about the situation and really cared about saving me money. He did not pressure me at all. And, the service was very speedy and efficient.
Old chamberlain opener stopped working due to broken belt. Called Precision, they set up a next day appt for 1500-1700. Got a call from Robert when he was 20 minutes out. Arrived right at 1500. Replaced belt and adjusted everything to ensure it worked well. Reset openers and was very helpful. Will call for Rob with any new issues. Highly recommend. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Precision Garage Door Service performed the necessary service repairs to a slack cable quickly and efficiently. The cost was quite reasonable and the gentleman was professional. It was also very easy to schedule the service: they responded very quickly to my initial request on their website. I recommend their services.
I needed to have my garage door opener replaced, so I called Precision. The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly, and offered to have someone out the next day. On the morning of the appointment, technician Brian called about thirty minutes prior to say he was on his way, and he was right on time. He was courteous and efficient, and had the work completed faster than his estimated time frame. He even helped me download and set up the app that will allow me to operate the garage door from my phone. To top it all off, he cleaned up after himself so thoroughly you would not even know he had been there. EXCEPT my garage door works perfectly now! Thank you Brian and Precision Garage Door Service.
I called Precision Garage Door this morning 10/3/23 and spoke with the Office Staff, They were very Friendly and Professional! I explained my situation and they literally had a Technician out in less than thirty minutes! When Ben Martin (Technician) arrived he started the repair (Replaced Springs & Adjusted door) in less than one Hour! Ben was professional and Friendly and the problem was fixed! I have all the Confidence n Precision door and highly recommend them!
Extremely pleased with our garage door repair service. Miller came by first thing next morning and made a quick assessment of our unbalanced garage door. He clearly communicated a fix that would spare the life of our old motor for a bit longer. When the time finally comes to replace the door I will absolutely call upon them again. Thank you!!
Shane and Jonathan came out, were both polite and professional. Jonathan was new but Shane did a great job explaining what was needed..seemed very experienced and courteous. Unfortunately, they tried to make an inexpensive "tune up" visit out of it but my door opener was toast. It wouldn't stop running and so probably needed a new circuit board. I opted to replace it and they had a new one in there working perfectly within 90 minutes. "Precision" turned out to be a good name for the company, everything's perfect now.
Excellent! They replaced the springs, center piece, all of the rollers, lubed everything, put in some extra support, gave me a 5 year warranty; all for like $475. They truly care about the details which is why they are "precision." Services Rendered: Garage door springs broke.
I talked to Rachel from Precision Garage Doors and explain that I need a new garage door system and she talked to me nicely and recommend Bryan. When Bryan H showed up in my house, I asked him tons of questions and he answered them like a piece cake because he is a professional technician. I will hire them and ask for Bryan H again. The gentlemen showed up on time with all the tools, products, and safety gear needed. They installed the new motor, wound the springs, adjusted the wires and were done quickly. A very professional group of workers who made sure to clean up all of their mess including the small pieces of wire that my little dog would have just loved to eat. Price was exactly what was quoted. No photo included because I have not learned how to do that yet. Services Rendered: new motor for my garage door.
