Yelp5Came, did the work, fair prices. Appreciated that Dorian said that the motor was good and didn't need replacement and gave an honest opinion about the springs. He gave me options and prices. My contractor was there and said he felt very confident seeing the way Dorian was organized and worked, he knew we were in good hands.

Google5Do not call any other garage door company other than Prestige door. I use this company for 5 years and I was never disappointed.Michael is very responsive. Will call you back and will take care of the job perfectly with Reasonable rates. 5 stars and above.

Google5Superb service! Mike answered all my questions via phone and was able to ballpark the repair cost before sending a tech out. My tech, Dorian, showed up on time, was efficient and professional in every way. Dorian even tuned up my door and opener as part of the service call. My door is now in tip top shape and I won't hesitate to call Prestige again for any repair needs.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we called Prestige and quickly received a visit, estimate and needed repairs. Professional, affordable, honest, well-trained, and just kind human beings. Google5A pleasure to deal with! Mike answered promptly on the weekend and scheduled me for a convenient time the next business day (my choice). Dorian came on time (gave me a very good heads-up as well) and did an excellent job repairing the spring on my garage door. It works - and sounds - much better than it has in recent years. Also, while he had a little accident (accidentally broke one of the little sensors at the bottom of the door), he not only let me know about it but fixed it and left it better than he found it. I would not hesitate to use Prestige again!

Google5I am very happy with the service and new garage door I got from Prestige Garage Door Services. Michael was extremely helpful and got back to me right away every time I reached out. I had gotten 2 other quotes prior to reaching out the him and his quote was not only better, but it came with more options. I highly recommend Prestige Garage Door & will use them again in future.

Yelp5Very prompt response. Came out the same day I called to provide and estimate. Signed a contract immediately and had the new door installed within a week. The installers showed up on time, were professional, extremely neat and polite. Note this occurred after I received an estimate from another installer that gave a similar quote but had a 3 month wait to do the job. The timing was important as the existing door was cracked in multiple places with broken hinges and in danger of falling apart at any time.

Michael rocks :) The spring on my garage broke last night so I reached out to a bunch of companies for quotes, and he replied almost immediately and with a price that was way better than everyone else in the area. He was super prompt to respond to my questions and schedule a repair, and then showed up perfectly on time and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. It's clear he's a total pro and I literally could not have asked for anything more -- would very highly recommend :)

Yelp5Outstanding! I know this is crazy talk but the technician was not only on time but a little early and called before to see if I could meet him early. When he arrived he confirmed it was a simple job, exactly the amount of what was quoted and knocked it out in 45 minutes. The technician was friendly and thorough. I will be using them again. I know my door will need replacing sooner than later so they will be on the top of my list to call.

Google5The spring on my garage door broke. I called Prestige Garage Door Services and Mike came out within the hour to take a look. We knew the spring was going to need replaced and had contacted other garage door repair companies. One even said we needed to replace the entire door. Not Mike, he told us what we needed and came back later that day to fix it. Professional, fair, and fixed what needed fixed in a timely manner. Great guy! Next time I have a garage door issue, Prestige Garage Door Services will be my first call.

Google5I have been using Prestige for over two years. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing and give a very fair price for any repairs. I have used them twice for myself, my mother and fiancee. If you need a new garage door, repair, call them. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Michael for all your hard work. Google5I reached out to Michael at Prestige Garage Door yesterday when my garage door spring snapped. Michael sent his technician within one hour and my garage door was up and running better than ever. They also provided a complimentary maintenance (lube & screw check). Prices were reasonable and on par for the work. I highly recommend Prestige!!

Google5Mike and Dorian did an outstanding job. The new door looks great and the price was very reasonable. They cleaned up when they were finished and did a very thorough installation. I recommend you speak with them for any type of garage door tuneups, repairs or installations. Thanks for a job well done.

Yelp5I wish I could give this business more stars, that's just how awesome they were. The owner came to look at our issue on Friday and of course since our garage door was made in ancient times parts aren't always on hand but despite that he got the parts in over the weekend and arrived on time, fixed the issue and even repaired our automatic opener since we were looking right past the issue ourselves. They are very professional, honest and their prices cannot be beat. I called 12 businesses and this was the lowest by nearly $75 out of all the quotes we received. While the job was $120ish another local guy quoted me $430 and them quoted my husband $175. Prestige showed up and did the job honestly and with a smile the entire time!! I highly recommended this business, you won't feel like you've been mugged after they leave :D

Yelp5One of my garage door tension springs broke this weekend. I called Michael at Prestige Door, Inc. this morning and he was here by 2:30. He took the time to educate me about the springs he'd be installing and also took the time to properly adjust my garage door opener for the new spring tension. He was prompt, pleasant, efficient and his price was great! I highly recommend his services!
