Not happy with the job you did on our damaged garage door. We paid you $540 to brake the cable and close the door and give us a quote of $3,233.10 to fix the door. Well, we found a liable company that fix it for much less...Not a happy, but I have to give you 1 star!

Quality Garage Doors is an excellent company. They are prompt and stay in touch via text messages before their arrival. They hire the BEST to work for them! Joseph was absolutely amazing!! Such a nice young man. Services Rendered: The main big spring broke and we were not able to open the garage door. They ordered the specific spring for our door and had to come back to install it.

This is the first time I have used Quality and it was great. They came right on time, did the job so fast I couldn't believe it, he made my old door seem like new again. I don't know the going rates, but their price seemed fair. Very nice and informative young man. Services Rendered: My garage door came down on my car and it knocked the door off the tract and the spring got sprung.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I received a quote that was $500 more than anyone else. I was told by my sales rep to contact Mr.Pierce who was not available, so I spoke to his assistant who stated that my quote was the best they could do. They had already gave me a $50 discount and when I explained to her that other companies were quoting $500 less she said oh well that is the best we can do. I said thank you and now I'm going with another company that has great customer service. I would not recommended this company to anyone and if I could give a less score I would.

Terrible terrible terrible. I called to make a appointment for Friday (today) between 2-4. I was quoted 115 in total for labor and for them to fix it. I agreed. Today the "technician" came out after 4 and quoted me double the price I got quoted. I tried talking to the supervisor and she somehow seemed more worked up than me. She kept cutting me off and was rude. It's as if she knew what I was calling to complain about. Don't go here. This business is a joke and will try to rip you off. I had to pay 40 which is fine, for the technician to tell me what I already knew. I told them when I made the appointment what was wrong and they never said anything about the price going up. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DON'T GO HERE

We needed our garage door opener to be updated and fixed Shane was very professional and made sure I understood all he did. Made sure all was working properly before he cleaned up. Was given a price estimate from their office but when technicians arrived they told me that their office made a mistake and they wanted about double what i had been quoted. I did not use them. Now this company has responded with an excuse BUT their excuse is not plausible. The price given to me over the phone was a ballpark of 300-350. The technician who came out said that price was only for one spring instead of both springs that I had been quoted. So that would have made the total 700 or more and that was not acceptable to me. I had checked the price for the springs prior to calling any company. The price for the pair of springs delivered to my door was 89.95. In any case I got the job done by another major garage door company later the same day for 350.00 which is a fair price for the job. Beware of pricing these days. Someone may try to say their materials have increased AND that may be true but best to check pricing yourself before agreeing to any job.

I hired this company after they did a price match from a competitor. On February 26, 2021 I paid the deposit and placed an order for a complete replacement. After one week I called and inquired on a time frame - I was by no means rushing them. Just wanted an idea of a time frame because I was also trying to get my garage floor epoxied and wanted to schedule that. Lisa who answered was not professional and got annoyed I inquired. I apologized for what seemed to be a waste of her time, but she offered the time frame 4-6 weeks... The start of week eight I called and spoke to Brittany who said she would call me back within one day because she couldn't find any information on my job. But I never heard back, so the morning of the 8th week I called and had the displeasure of talking to Lisa, who again, was unprofessional and exceptionally rude this go around. They again could not provide and information, at this point I asked for a refund and she said she did not have the authorization to do so. I did some research on who the owner was, I sent a message to him and he told me he had some family issues and would look into it. After eight weeks of nothing being accomplished I received my refund. Absolute waste of time and energy with this company.

Kendall and his coworker were excellent Kendall was very professional and explained everything to me. I appreciate that. They were timely and completed the work quickly and properly. Thank you! Highly recommend! Services Rendered: Mainspring was broken so I could not open the garage door. Also bearings on the guide bar work bad. Had everything replaced.

WOW. We worried about our garage door problem longer then it took them to take care it. Great service and communication from the minute we called. Text reminder and email confirmation! Not on time! They were early! Jason fixed it with all new parts that he had with him!! Super nice guy that was completely knowledgeable and well prepared! They are fast, friendly, professional and do business right!

I called a problem with my garage door because it had problems to open and close, they made an appointment, which the technician arrived late, after the technician made an inspection and I trusting in his Professionalism, he told me that the problem was the wheels of the garage door, I indicated that if that was the problem that proceeded to repair it and asked for the price and he answered that it was $ 260. for the complete work with the workforce, I asked him for a discount and he told me that he could not give a discount, and I gave him the approval to do the work because I needed to resolve my problem. After the technician finished his work he told me that I should go thinking about changing the engine since it was a very economical one and that he did not know when the engine did not have much left, maybe 2 or 3 years. The next day when I am going to use the garage door, it does not work and I proceed to call the gentleman who gave me the service and I explain the situation and that it continues to the same problem that I originally called; to which the gentleman replied that he had indicated to me that he had to change the engine, I replied that he had told me that it was for a possible future of 2 or 3 years that because if he knew that the problem was the engine, I had said it was the wheels and that because I had made me spend $ 260. on a wheels if that would not solve my problem to which I answered that the wheels only helped to make the garage door run smoother and that it helped the engine, that he could not do more and that if he wanted to solve my problem he had to change the motor. This gentleman and the company he works for conned me, took advantage of my ignorance of the subject and deceived me. I do not recommend this company

This is the best company in town. No only did the come to my home late at night, to help me out when we had a big problem with my garage. They did it fast n spent time making sure we were going to be safe till our garage gets replaces. Nick was professional knowdlagble n super nice. I recommend them to all Brevard. Best in town hands down, i cant say enough.
