I was in the service business myself. Every company makes mistakes. The difference between an average company and an excellent company is...what do they do about it once a mistake occurs. We had Continental out and for whatever reasons, the first repair didn't quite work out. Justin, the service manager called the next morning and asked if he personally could come up and look at the door. He spent 2 hours repairing door and making sure everything was running smoothly. The door is running quiet and smooth as ever. We appreciate the great customer service. Thanks Justin.

These folks know what they are doing. Anthony was amazing, honest, and fast. Once calling to make an appt they were out the next business day. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did well. I'll be calling them again for my garage door needs.

Continental Overhead Doors installed my doors 5 years ago and they have held up great. When it came time to install an opener on my shop door, I called Norm Morse and he has treated me well. Kevin and his helper performed great, programmed all the controls, and even lubed all their work previously installed. I am quite pleased with the courteous service by everyone at Continental!

One of our garage door springs failed right after Christmas. Continental Door was the only company that responded on that day, the dispatch person was knowledgeable and personable and scheduled the repair. The techs, Kevin and Joshua, were early. I am an engineer and have managed fabrication shops so have an idea of what good craftsmen are, and these guys were great. They replaced the springs and cables, and did a full "tune up" on the door including an opener adjustment. When asked about upgrading the springs (at extra cost), Kevin was exceptionally knowledgeable, used a spring calculator to determine an upgraded spring with longer life, and was able to fabricate and install upgraded springs. They were pleasant, respectful, and left the workplace clean. The cost was reasonable, a good value. I will definately be a return customer!

after they scratch up my $2000's doors then offer to fix it with touch paint?i said no thanks,now 3 years later trim is falling off,the door don't open close smoothly and no help from seller?WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!at least i have receipt from them because it used my card to pay.originally my friend said they do cash deals under table and it would be even cheaper.i see why the want cash,no record of terrible work.

Kevin and Anthony did an excellent job, Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and educated me on the mechanics of repairing roll up doors, (our spring broke,)very prompt actually called that they would be early and asked if that was ok, they had what they need on the truck and was done and cleaned up when they said , reasonably priced for the work, definitely would recommend them. Thanks again for coming out in the snow today!

I recently reached out to Continental Garage Door Company for a quote for two new garage doors. Rocky Patterson promptly responded and provided a quote, same day. Today Beau Ferderer and Pierce Jeske, from installation, showed up on time and installed my new doors, quickly and efficiently. The install team was prepared with all parts, worked clean and efficiently and walked me thru the entire process for use and routine maintenance of the doors. I am very pleased with the new doors and all aspects of this transaction including the help of Belinda, Rocky, Beau and Pierce. Job well done!

Great Team! I am a Senior Superintendent/Project Manager in Multifamily Construction so I know good execution of a project when I see it. From Rocky in sales to Braden the install technician, it was a very professional and seamless operation. Everything showed exactly as I ordered and installed in the scheduled time frame I was told when I ordered the doors for my shop. Much appreciation for Continental Door. I will be calling this team again when I'm ready for garage doors on my house.

I would highly recommend these guys. Fair price and quick service. Justin and James fixed our spring and tracks. I scheduled it the day before and they had it done immediately. Both were polite, and went above and beyond. Couldn't be happier. If you want good service at a great price these are the guys. We got quotes from three places and all came in way over them. I can't say enough good things. I ordered two garage doors for my new barn. They were extremely flexible in delivery dates as I encountered delays in completing the barn. Bylinda answered emails and calls promptly - no delays. When the day came Adam showed up on time and installed both of the 12x10 doors himself. They align and roll up and down perfectly. He then repaired a couple of remotes and one of my existing garage doors. All done quickly and efficiently. He answered all questions and explained some details I didn't know about. Great service, polite and professional.

Our torsion spring broke on our garage door and we ended up wanting to replace the garage door motor as well, so after replacing the garage door motor, we called Continental Door to double check our work and install new torsion springs. Continental door services did an excellent job installing our garage doors and we were very happy with the follow up calls that we requested for various reasons. Things needed a few adjustments here and there and they were right on it. I was referred to Continental door by two contractors so I expected the service would be good. It was far better than expected. Derick came out to the house and looked things over and left some sample colors. We then visited the office to see more. I was hoping to get the doors installed mid January and they were up on Jan 17. Perfect timing. The installers were polite and very professional, completing the installation way faster than I expected. The quality of the doors are exceptional and look wonderful inside and out. Im very happy with the quality of work and everyone involved in our project from Continental Door. i highly recommend them. The post says San Fransisco, but it is actually Spokane Wa.
