This company employs seasoned, knowledgeable, and professional technicians who know what they're doing. They accurately diagnosed the problem with my door opener and gave me honest opinions as to my choices (repair or replace). I chose replacement; and these guys had the entire job done within two hours. Super courteous, efficient, and capable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best people for any garage door purchase. Had door torsion tube break on Saturday. Cindy answered emergency line was able to get door closed. Monday morning she had a Tech to my house by 8:15am. Did not have part for Torsion Tube installed new system that was better for same price. Danny the technician is top shelf. Thank you for a great experience.

Found out today this company installed our garage door incorrectly. After 3 years the rollers coming off track because they didn't install enough brackets etc. If you use this company be prepared to have issues in the future.

My garage door opener recently stopped working and eventually discovered that it was due to broken door springs (too much load on the motor). After consulting Yelp I found Door Specialties and saw the had five stars. I decided to call them. They answered the phone despite that I called a few minutes before they open. They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote. He was able to replace the spring and lube the rollers within just a few hours (he had to go get parts). I am extremely impressed with their customer service. They are prompt, provide accurate estimates and go the extra mile. I strongly recommend them!

So thankful for Doors Specialties. The technicians were so friendly and they got to my place within a couple hours. They calmed my fears and fixed my garage door with ease. Thank you guys!!!! I will definitely use again...hopefully I don't run into my garage door again though ;)

We have had an issue with the tension on our new garage door within the one year warranty period. Since we live out of the area we thought we did them a favor by having them fix it when they were in the area, which ended up being outside the one year warranty time frame. And received a bill. For a job that was never correctly done. When I called Andrio Crow, he hung up on me and was yelling he would give me zero explanation. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANDRIO AND HIS COMPANY. POOR.

Had a spring break on my garage door last night. Cindy was quick to respond with and estimate and timeframe. Dave arrived at the beginning of the time window. When he finished it was the same price as quoted. I did call one other place to make sure the quote was in line and the other companies quote varied from $109-$250 per spring. That companies quote was $278-$559. ??? Go with these guys!

Scheduled installation for two doors two weeks ahead of time. Nobody showed up. When I called they said they had no record of me calling for service and wanted to know with whom I scheduled as if it was my fault. Nice work. I do not recommend.

Very good company. Others we called either didn't return calls or wouldn't schedule ASAP and since the door wouldn't open, we needed quick service and they came by at the earliest they could which was just a few hours after contacting them. I needed repair on a garage door opener and requested a quote through Yelp after hours, and received a reply from Cindy first thing the following morning, including an available slot that same day! I wasn't available that day, so I called Cindy back and set an appointment for 2 days later. She was very professional and helpful! The service tech, (Jim), showed up right when promised. He was extremely friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was a fast worker, but also very thorough! He checked things I definitely wouldn't have thought of, and even after replacing the broken part, took plenty of time to safety check and adjust everything perfectly. Super friendly, fast, and proficient service! My experience with both Cindy and Jim was top-notch. Would definitely call Door Specialties back again!

Overhead Door in Coeur d Alene came out today to replace my garage door opener. They were prompt, businesslike, courteous and trained the family on the new equipment. I would highly recommend them and would personally use them again for any garage door or garage door opener issues.

It could not have gone better. This was an emergency situation as my car was stuck in the garage with the door closed. There was no way to open it as the springs were all broken. I called in a panic on a Friday afternoon about 5 PM and they were able to work me in at 10 AM for Monday morning. I so appreciated their responsiveness. Price was very reasonable. Technician also on his own placed some extra support where the electric garage door opener was putting stress on the track in an effort to extend the life of the springs. Services Rendered: Replaced the springs on our garage door.
