Google5Woke up to a broken garage door spring and needed a repair quickly. They came out after working a full day elsewhere. Garage door now works better than ever and was done very quickly. I really appreciate the last minute help. People like them are hard to find in today's world. Thank you for fixing our door!

Google5James installed a garage door and opener for us. He did a great job of communicating and answering all of my questions. There was a slight issue with the installation, but he was quick to come around and fix it. Overall, he did a good job. I highly recommend him.

Google5Jessica and her husband James did such an awesome job! The entire process from start to finish was perfect. They are professional, attentive, helpful, efficient and friendly. We love how our garage door turned out! Stays really warm inside and looks absolutely beautiful. Google5Called in the other day because my garage door wasn't working properly, wasn't working at all actually. After speaking with the lady on the phone she got me penciled in that day and James was in my driveway that afternoon going to work. This is a great local and family owned business that takes the time to do the job right. James had every tool and part you can think of for a job like this, no sudden trips to the hardware store. James showed up, evaluated it, fixed it and took off. Clean, quick, affordable and done right. Hopefully my garage never breaks again but if it does this will be the company I call.

Google5We had a wonderful experience with Gateway. James responded promptly to our initial call and gave us a competitive quote. We needed not just a new garage door for our shop, we also needed the opening to be made taller and a larger door installed. The several others companies I contacted were not able to do the framing to make the opening larger, they wanted me to have someone else do it and then they would come install the door. James did the complete job all in one day, he's very skilled and a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend him and his company to others.

Google5I have had James out to the house three times now for installs and once for a repair. He does great work at a very reasonable price. His communication is on point, he promptly responds when I have had questions. He has been on time and dependable every time, and that matters a lot in my book. After having two of the larger companies come to our house (a lot more cost and a lot less service) and one other independent garage door guy, I won't be calling anyone else for our needs. -Mike

Google5Very pleased with the service we received today to repair a broken spring, replace other aging parts, and a "complete tune-up" for our aging 2 car garage door. James arrived within a hour of my SOS text, and price was completely reasonable. I highly recommend James and Gateway Garage Doors.
