Google5I called needing our garage door fixed and he was able to come in a couple of hours and repair the door when another company wasn't going to be able to get to us for two weeks. Super friendly guy very reasonably priced.

Google5Wonderful experience. We called in the morning with a garage door that wouldn't open and wound up fixed and ready to go by lunchtime. Easy to work with, professional, very reasonably priced. Even went out of his way to check/do some preventative maintenance on the second garage door. Highly recommend.

Google5I had called another service and it was going to be the 10th of August before they came and today is the 7th of July and I was told that if they did an emergency service they would come and do a repair just to get me going and then they would come back later well I called Illini Garage Door Service they answered the phone and told me they would see me today well the guy came he fixed both sides he took care of every aspect of what needed to be done at a very very good price and I told the guy I would give him a 20 rating if I could. He told me there's only two of them that works with the company and they are getting their jobs done. Great company.

Google5When Gibbs Garage door service canceled on me 20 minutes before the end of my 3 hour appointment window (had the appointment for over a week) I called Illini and they said they would try to squeeze me in. They did! Christopher was prompt and professional. Had my garage door fixed in no time. Thank you!

Google5We are very happy with the service that we received. The service was prompt and Chris did an excellent job installing our new garage door and garage door opener. He explained everything that we needed to know about the operation of the new app on our phones and programmed the openers in our vehicles. He also pointed out several minor maintenance items that we can do to ensure that the door and opener can last a long time. I hope we don't need to call Illini Garage Door very soon, but if we ever need help or assistance, we will certainly call them again.

Google5Had the dreaded snapped torsion spring and called "another" company first......gal [who put me on hold] said only work they can do is overtime, and it would probably be 3-4 weeks to come out, but they'd come and clamp up the broken one until then. NOPE, bye! Called Illini, answered on second ring, took my info, said he'd be out today/tomorrow. ONLY three 1/2 hours later Mark was here, replaced with high gauge springs, lubricated roller wheels, cleaned up and gone in less than an hour!! THIS is what customer service and professionalism looks like! Thank You!!

Angi5I called the gentleman to explain the situation and ask if he could come take a look. He offered to come in the next 1-2 days. When I explained I wasn't able to close the garage door, he offered to come that day to look. Within 30 minutes he was at my house. Took him probably an hour to fix the door. He didn't try to sell me a new door, just fixed the old panel. It looks pretty good and has been functioning well ever since (~12 days). As an aside, he wasn't overly personable, but all other aspects of his service were excellent. Given his prompt service and excellent rates, I will use him again and would recommend him to others. Services Rendered: Backed into garage door as it was opening. Gentleman repaired door.
