The man that arrived to fix my garage door was prompt and informative. He was also fast and efficient. The company sent him out within about 10 days of my call and he was able to fix it within an hour to hour and a half. Very friendly service. Will use again.

Midwest went above and beyond to help us with our garage door . I thought I would need a whole new garage door and mechanics and they repaired it for much cheaper than replacing. My garage door looks great and works even better..

Midwest Garage is the only certified Liftmaster dealer in my area and they are fantastic. The technician that serviced my door was punctual, friendly, and efficient. My parts were under warranty and cost me nothing. All I had to do is pay the $75 service fee. That's amazing! Do not call anyone else to service your Liftmaster. I already made that mistake and will never do it again.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Within hours of emailing requesting a quote for a garage screen, we had an appointment set. The salesman, Michael, was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The ease of speaking with him and not feeling any pressure assured me this was the company I wanted to work with. The installers were on time, communicated with me via text since I could not be at home, and had it finished in no time. Every encounter with someone from this company was a positive one and they each represent Midwest well! We already love the screen and can't wait for grilling season! Thank you so much, Midwest! So far, so good! Russell arrived around 9 . He Installed a torsion bar, new spring, new rollers, & new seal. Garage door was installed in 1994. It had a new garage door opener installed but nothing else. The springs looked extremely stretched so we were afraid they would break anytime. A few estimates later we settled on Midwest Garage. Garage door is good for the next generation to worry about in 20 years!

I had to call over and over to buy a door, then had to follow up with them to get it installed no one called me after the projected install date and now it's broken and they won't call me back or let me talk to someone to fix it. I paid over 2k for the door this is crazy poor customer service.

Very well. Services Rendered: I have an oddly shaped garage door. Turned out to be a broken pulley wheel. Odd sized to boot. A 2nd trip was needed to get the part. Punctual both times. Professional. The job was done well, and I have a well-functioning garage door once again.

Fantastic!! Went to their shop yesterday afternoon to pick out a garage door opener, and the installation was complete by 10:00 this morning. Now, THAT'S service!!!! Very professional both in installation and sales. They installed new garage doors for us a few years ago, and we had equally great service. Pawnee is a small town, but well worth the drive for the excellent sales and service and fair prices.

Great service. I didn't have an emergency door issue so I called and got an appointment a couple of days out. They called me before showing up and got there on time. The tech, Scott, was in and out in no time and did a great job. It was very much appreciated as I had to take my son to the doctor that day too. I will definitely use Midwest for future garage door work. Services Rendered: Replaced rollers and partial garage door track.
