AGDS is probably one of the best business encounters I've ever had. I had a garage door in my barn out at my business that I could not get unstuck. Tried just about everything I could think of for over an hour with no luck. Called other companies and they wanted to charge me "Emergency" pricing, which I completely understand. However, when I called Bill at AGDS he went out of his way to help me fix my problem. He could have easily told me he would be out in the morning and could have charged me for the fix. But, he had me send him photos and walked me through how to fix it in no time with no charge! There just aren't many men like that left in this world. So cheers to you Bill, you were a lifesaver for my daily operations...I would recommend this business any day of the week!

My garage door would only close if I held down the button. This caused for an inconvenience every time I went to leave. I called American Garage Door and the nice man told me rather than send someone out and charge me a service call fee, he may be able to troubleshoot it. He asked me to take a few pictures and send to him. He called me back within a few minutes told me what the possibilities may be. I made an adjustment and pushed the button to open my garage. I wasn't expecting anything, but it opened right up. I will recommend this company over and over again. Top notch customer service. Thank you American Garage Door!

I had the best experience with American Garage Door. I needed a residential door, as well as two commercial doors for my property. I had many companies come to my house for quotes and they were all not only super expensive, but had a 2-3 month lead time. Bill with American Garage Door was very transparent with his prices and timeframes. My doors all look and work amazing. Thank you, Bill!

I had an issue with my garage door, and AGDS was the quickest place to respond out of all the places I called. I explained what my door was doing, and they were able to tell me exactly why it happened before even looking at it. They came out the next morning and had me going in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced, very nice and polite, zero complaints. Highly recommend!

Our garage door spring broke late at night. I called first thing in the morning and the owner was so friendly and was able to work us in by noon. The tech that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the job was quoted before the tech came out. We have used this business in the past and if we have issues in the future, they will be the only company we call. Love that they're a local business as well!
