Did very good job once they got there. After they quoted me the job and I paid them half down the communication from them on when the install would happen was awful. They changed the install date once, and had to reschedule twice the day of install. I do appreciate the good job they did do though.

Fast, courteous, comprehensive, and knowledgeable! Gage did an excellent job, and was very thorough, even though it is bitter cold outside! He replaced a broken spring and frayed cable, reprogrammed my door openers, and even changed the battery in my panel for me, all in less than 90 minutes. I definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors!

Justin and Brandon are the best. Not only did Justin and Brandon come and install our door beautifully, they absolutely went above and beyond. Justin and Brandon had to return to uninstall and then reinstall our door after we had some termite damage repaired. Justin and Brandon did this all while we were experiencing bitter cold weather. Justin and Brandon did this to insure that we had a properly sealed garage. Justin and Brandon were prompt, polite, and professional. Thank you so much for everything, Justin and Brandon.

Just had a 16x8 door installed. The installer (brandon s) was awesome, very professional, super cool down to earth guy. Did a great job on the install! Not the first time we have used them nor will it be the last. Thanks again!

Kevin was the point of contact to help me troubleshoot and schedule the appointment; fortunately there was an opening immediately, so they were able to come out within an hour and get the garage door taken care of. Brandon was my technician and he was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable in the garage door operations and got it taken care of quickly. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again

Great service. Responsive to my immediate need of broken garage door spring. Kevin was very helpful in scheduling a time that worked best for me. Brandon, the service technician, was very professional and worked quickly to install new spring once it was in from being ordered. Would definite recommend the Garage Door Guy.

This company is amazing, the technician Chris M was fantastic!! God puts people in your life at just the right moment and today was definitely one of these moments! Thank you Garage Door Guy LLC. Highly recommend if you are looking for garage doors!! Brandon S came today and installed the door and motor, he worked all afternoon and did a Fantastic job! It looks amazing and answered all our questions!! These guys get 10 stars in my book!!

I've been using Garage Door Guy for going on 10 years for my own home and my rental house. I have them out once a year to assess the door operation, condition of the rollers and for proper lubrication. ******************* and polite respecting my property as you would expect. Honest and reasonably priced repairs, when needed. Highly recommend!

Derek was prompt, quick and courteous. He offered to make the repair only, but given the age of my garage door opener, I suggested replacing the whole unit instead. He was not pushy and he gave no run around. He completed all of the work on the same day. He removed and replaced the whole unit in about 1.5 hours. He cleaned up after the work was completed. Services Rendered: Called Garage Door Guy to see if my garage door opener could be repaired and ended up having the garage door opener replaced.
